Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ.

Slaves, obey your masters here on earth. Respect them and honor them with a heart that is true. Obey them just as you would obey Christ.

Bondservants, obey your earthly masters with fear and trembling, with a sincere heart, as you would Christ,

Slaves, obey your earthly masters with deep respect and fear. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Christ.

Slaves, obey your human masters with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart, as you would Christ.

Slaves, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart, as to Christ;

Bondservants, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in sincerity of heart, as to Christ;

Exhort servants to be in subjection to their own masters and to be well- pleasing in all things, not contradicting,not stealing, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God, our Savior, in all things.

Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them.Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord.Fathers, don’t provoke your children, so that they won’t be discouraged.Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God.And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.

Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress; so our eyes look to Yahweh, our God, until he has mercy on us.

Let as many as are bondservants under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honor, that the name of God and the doctrine not be blasphemed.Those who have believing masters, let them not despise them because they are brothers, but rather let them serve them, because those who partake of the benefit are believing and beloved. Teach and exhort these things.If anyone teaches a different doctrine, and doesn’t consent to sound words, the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness,

So then, my beloved, even as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord.

For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy. For I married you to one husband, that I might present you as a pure virgin to Christ.But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve in his craftiness, so your minds might be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

seeing your pure behavior in fear.

Teach me your way, Yahweh. I will walk in your truth. Make my heart undivided to fear your name.

I know also, my God, that you try the heart, and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things. Now I have seen with joy your people, who are present here, offer willingly to you.

“ Now therefore fear Yahweh, and serve him in sincerity and in truth. Put away the gods which your fathers served beyond the River, in Egypt; and serve Yahweh.

no longer as a slave, but more than a slave, a beloved brother, especially to me, but how much rather to you, both in the flesh and in the Lord.

Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with incorruptible love. Amen.

“ The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light.

For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God we behaved ourselves in the world, and more abundantly toward you.

Day by day, continuing steadfastly with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread at home, they took their food with gladness and singleness of heart,

When the angel who spoke to him had departed, Cornelius called two of his household servants and a devout soldier of those who waited on him continually.Having explained everything to them, he sent them to Joppa.

For I am also a man under authority, having under myself soldiers. I tell this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes; and tell another,‘ Come,’ and he comes; and tell my servant,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

His affection is more abundantly toward you, while he remembers all of your obedience, how with fear and trembling you received him.

“ No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You can’t serve both God and Mammon.

I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling.

For he who was called in the Lord being a bondservant is the Lord’s free man. Likewise he who was called being free is Christ’s bondservant.

Yahweh’s angel said to her,“ Return to your mistress, and submit yourself under her hands.”
