今則宗基督耶穌、爾曩遠離之者、覺賴其血而得近矣、

今因基督耶穌、爾素為遠者、賴基督之血得近矣、

今則不然、爾托耶穌基督之恩、藉其聖血、已得化疏為親矣。

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

At one time you were far away from God. But now you belong to Christ Jesus. He spilled his blood for you. This has brought you near to God.

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

But now you have been united with Christ Jesus. Once you were far away from God, but now you have been brought near to him through the blood of Christ.

But now in Christ Jesus, you who were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

But now in Christ Jesus you who previously were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

But now in Christ Jesus ye that once were far off are made nigh in the blood of Christ.

But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

But now in Christ Jesus you who used to be far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

For the promise is for you and for your children, and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

and through Him to reconcile everything to Himself by making peace through the blood of His cross— whether things on earth or things in heaven.Once you were alienated and hostile in your minds because of your evil actions.But now He has reconciled you by His physical body through His death, to present you holy, faultless, and blameless before Him—

creating words of praise.” The Lord says,“ Peace, peace to the one who is far or near, and I will heal him.

to open their eyes so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that by faith in Me they may receive forgiveness of sins and a share among those who are sanctified.’

So then you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with the saints, and members of God’s household,built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the cornerstone.The whole building, being put together by Him, grows into a holy sanctuary in the Lord.You also are being built together for God’s dwelling in the Spirit.

He has rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son He loves.We have redemption, the forgiveness of sins, in Him.

I will say to the north: Give them up! and to the south: Do not hold them back! Bring My sons from far away, and My daughters from the ends of the earth—

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.They are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.God presented Him as a propitiation through faith in His blood, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His restraint God passed over the sins previously committed.God presented Him to demonstrate His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be righteous and declare righteous the one who has faith in Jesus.Where then is boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? By one of works? No, on the contrary, by a law of faith.For we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.Or is God for Jews only? Is He not also for Gentiles? Yes, for Gentiles too,since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith.

He did this so that He might reconcile both to God in one body through the cross and put the hostility to death by it.When the Messiah came, He proclaimed the good news of peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.

This was not made known to people in other generations as it is now revealed to His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit:The Gentiles are coheirs, members of the same body, and partners of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.I was made a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace that was given to me by the working of His power.This grace was given to me— the least of all the saints— to proclaim to the Gentiles the incalculable riches of the Messiah,

And they sang a new song: You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slaughtered, and You redeemed people for God by Your blood from every tribe and language and people and nation.

At that time you were without the Messiah, excluded from the citizenship of Israel, and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, and look, new things have come.

And some of you used to be like this. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

We have redemption in Him through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace

Everyone who sees me mocks me; they sneer and shake their heads:

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, certain that God is appealing through us. We plead on Christ’s behalf,“ Be reconciled to God.”He made the One who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Simeon has reported how God first intervened to take from the Gentiles a people for His name.

For Christ also suffered for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, that He might bring you to God, after being put to death in the fleshly realm but made alive in the spiritual realm.

Much more then, since we have now been declared righteous by His blood, we will be saved through Him from wrath.For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, then how much more, having been reconciled, will we be saved by His life!

Lord, my strength and my stronghold, my refuge in a time of distress, the nations will come to You from the ends of the earth, and they will say,“ Our fathers inherited only lies, worthless idols of no benefit at all.”

For I say that the Messiah became a servant of the circumcised on behalf of God’s truth, to confirm the promises to the fathers,and so that Gentiles may glorify God for His mercy. As it is written: Therefore I will praise You among the Gentiles, and I will sing psalms to Your name.Again it says: Rejoice, you Gentiles, with His people!And again: Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles; all the peoples should praise Him!And again, Isaiah says: The root of Jesse will appear, the One who rises to rule the Gentiles; the Gentiles will hope in Him.

There is no Jew or Greek, slave or free, male or female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Those far from You will certainly perish; You destroy all who are unfaithful to You.

Yes, the islands will wait for Me with the ships of Tarshish in the lead, to bring your children from far away, their silver and gold with them, for the honor of the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, who has glorified you.

Therefore, in the east honor the Lord! In the islands of the west honor the name of Yahweh, the God of Israel.From the ends of the earth we hear songs: The Splendor of the Righteous One. But I said,“ I waste away! I waste away! Woe is me.” The treacherous act treacherously; the treacherous deal very treacherously.

Raise your eyes and look around: they all gather and come to you; your sons will come from far away, and your daughters will be carried on the hip.

On that day the root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples. The nations will seek Him, and His resting place will be glorious.

See, these will come from far away, from the north and from the west, and from the land of Sinim.

But it is from Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became God-given wisdom for us— our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption,

That is why even the first covenant was inaugurated with blood.

I will establish a sign among them, and I will send survivors from them to the nations— to Tarshish, Put, Lud( who are archers), Tubal, Javan, and the islands far away— who have not heard of My fame or seen My glory. And they will proclaim My glory among the nations.

“ Then He said to me,‘ Go, because I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’”

Therefore, no condemnation now exists for those in Christ Jesus,

For you know that you were redeemed from your empty way of life inherited from the fathers, not with perishable things like silver or gold,but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without defect or blemish.
