苟有傾跌、可相扶持、惟孤身而傾跌、無扶持者、禍哉其人、

若是跌倒，这人可以扶起他的同伴；若是孤身跌倒，没有别人扶起他来，这人就有祸了。

如果一个跌倒，另一个还可以扶起他的同伴；但如果孤身一人，跌倒后没有同伴把他扶起，这人就有祸了！

若一人傾跌、則一人為之扶持、獨居而蹶、援手無人、豈不難哉。

若傾跌、則互相扶持、若孤身而跌、可歎無人援之起、

If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.

Suppose either of them falls down. Then the one can help the other one up. But suppose a person falls down and doesn’t have anyone to help them up. Then feel sorry for that person!

For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!

If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.

For if either falls, his companion can lift him up; but pity the one who falls without another to lift him up.

故宜相勸慰、相建立、如爾所行、○

宜堅痿弱之手、固顫動之膝、告心怯者曰、強乃志、勿畏葸、爾之上帝、將以復仇而臨、行上帝之復仇、彼必至而救爾、

兄弟乎、若人偶蹈愆尤、爾屬聖神者、宜以溫柔之心規正之、且宜自顧、恐亦見試、

故爾宜以此言相慰也、

該隱以告弟亞伯、在於田間、攻而殺之、○

喪事既畢、大衛召之入宮、遂為其妻、因而生子、然大衛所為、耶和華不悅之、

亞倫曰、脫爾妻孥垂耳之金環、攜以予我、民即脫之、以授亞倫、亞倫受之、鎔鑄刻鏤為犢、眾曰、以色列人歟、此即導爾出埃及之神也、

西門、西門、撒但嘗索爾曹、欲簸爾若麥、然我為爾祈、使爾信無闕、迨爾反正後、堅爾兄弟也、

婢有二子、在田相鬥、排解無人、此擊彼而斃之、

昔爾訓眾、手弱者堅之、將躓者以言持之、膝弱者健之、

掃羅子約拿單入林、見大衛、使賴上帝以為固、

然磯法至安提阿、我面諍之、以其干咎也、蓋有自雅各來者未至時、彼與異邦人同食、及至、則退而自別、畏受割者也、其餘之猶太人、亦相率為偽、甚至巴拿巴亦受其誘而效尤焉、我見其行不端、不依福音之真、遂於眾前語之曰、爾猶太人也、所行既如異邦人、非如猶太人、胡為強異邦人如猶太人乎、

謂亞倫曰、斯民於爾何為、使陷重罪、

耶和華忿怒威烈、將殲滅爾、我畏懼之、然彼尚允我所祈、時、耶和華甚怒亞倫、將行翦滅、我為之祈、

拿單謂大衛曰、爾即其人也、以色列之上帝耶和華云、我膏爾為以色列王、援爾於掃羅手、以爾主之家業賜爾、以爾主之妻室付於爾懷、以以色列及猶大家畀爾、若以為寡、我必有以加之、爾何藐視耶和華命、行其所惡、藉亞捫族之刃、擊殺赫人烏利亞、而取其妻為妻、爾既藐視我、而取赫人烏利亞妻為妻、故兵刃永不離爾家、耶和華又曰、我必肇禍於爾家、加諸爾身、以爾妻室付於他人、為爾目擊、彼於日光之下、與之同寢、爾行之於隱、我則行之於日光之下、為以色列眾目擊、大衛謂拿單曰、我獲罪於耶和華矣、拿單曰、耶和華已宥爾罪、不致死亡、然爾行此、使耶和華之敵得毀謗之由、故爾所生之子必死、
