Since his days are determined, The number of his months is with You; And You have set his limits so that he cannot pass.

And just as it is destined for people to die once, and after this comes judgment,

Whenever a woman is in labor she has pain, because her hour has come; but when she gives birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish because of the joy that a child has been born into the world.

But when the fullness of the time came, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,

“ Is a person not forced to labor on earth, And are his days not like the days of a hired worker?

At this time Moses was born; and he was beautiful to God. He was nurtured for three months in his father’s home.

He has the infertile woman live in the house As a joyful mother of children. Praise the Lord!

If a man dies, will he live again? All the days of my struggle I will wait Until my relief comes.

In those days Hezekiah became mortally ill. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, came to him and said to him,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Set your house in order, for you are going to die and not live.’ ”

“ Shout for joy, infertile one, you who have not given birth to any child; Break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not been in labor; For the sons of the desolate one will be more numerous Than the sons of the married woman,” says the Lord.

When the time for Israel to die drew near, he called his son Joseph and said to him,“ Please, if I have found favor in your sight, place your hand under my thigh now and deal with me in kindness and faithfulness: please do not bury me in Egypt,

And he cried out against the altar by the word of the Lord and said,“ Altar, altar, this is what the Lord says:‘ Behold, a son shall be born to the house of David, Josiah by name; and on you he shall sacrifice the priests of the high places who burn incense on you, and human bones shall burn on you.’ ”

And behold, even your relative Elizabeth herself has conceived a son in her old age, and she who was called infertile is now in her sixth month.

Then he said,“ At this season next year, you are going to embrace a son.” And she said,“ No, my lord, you man of God, do not lie to your servant.”

At one moment I might speak concerning a nation or concerning a kingdom to uproot it, to tear it down, or to destroy it;if that nation against which I have spoken turns from its evil, I will relent of the disaster that I planned to bring on it.Or at another moment I might speak concerning a nation or concerning a kingdom to build up or to plant it;if it does evil in My sight by not obeying My voice, then I will relent of the good with which I said that I would bless it.

“ I also pleaded with the Lord at that time, saying,‘ Lord God, You have begun to show Your servant Your greatness and Your strong hand; for what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do such works and mighty acts as Yours?Please let me cross over and see the good land that is beyond the Jordan, that good hill country, and Lebanon.’But the Lord was angry with me on your account, and would not listen to me; instead, the Lord said to me,‘ Enough! Do not speak to Me any more about this matter.

So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, in accordance with the word of the Lord.

See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to tear down, To destroy and to overthrow, To build and to plant.”

The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness,

And behold, you will be silent and unable to speak until the day when these things take place, because you did not believe my words, which will be fulfilled at their proper time.”

But He answered and said,“ Every plant which My heavenly Father did not plant will be uprooted.

He dug it all around, cleared it of stones, And planted it with the choicest vine. And He built a tower in the middle of it, And also carved out a wine vat in it; Then He expected it to produce good grapes, But it produced only worthless ones.“ And now, you inhabitants of Jerusalem and people of Judah, Judge between Me and My vineyard.What more was there to do for My vineyard that I have not done in it? Why, when I expected it to produce good grapes did it produce worthless ones?So now let Me tell you what I am going to do to My vineyard: I will remove its hedge and it will be consumed; I will break down its wall and it will become trampled ground.

And he said to them,‘ An enemy has done this!’ The slaves* said to him,‘ Do you want us, then, to go and gather them up?’But he* said,‘ No; while you are gathering up the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them.

So they were seeking to arrest Him; and yet no one laid a hand on Him, because His hour had not yet come.

“ Aaron will be gathered to his people; for he shall not enter the land which I have given to the sons of Israel, because you rebelled against My command at the waters of Meribah.Take Aaron and his son Eleazar, and bring them up to Mount Hor.Then strip Aaron of his garments and put them on his son Eleazar. So Aaron will be gathered to his people and will die there.”So Moses did just as the Lord had commanded, and they went up to Mount Hor in the sight of all the congregation.And after Moses stripped Aaron of his garments and put them on his son Eleazar, Aaron died there on the mountain top. Then Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain.

But the angel said to him,“ Do not be afraid, Zechariah, for your prayer has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall name him John.

Then the Lord took note of Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had promised.So Sarah conceived and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the appointed time of which God had spoken to him.

Those who were full hire themselves out for bread, But those who were hungry cease to be hungry. Even the infertile woman gives birth to seven, But she who has many children languishes.

This is what you are to say to him:‘ This is what the Lord says:“ Behold, what I have built I am going to tear down, and what I have planted I am going to uproot, that is, all the people of the land.”

But God will break you down forever; He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent, And uproot you from the land of the living. Selah

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Go up to this mountain of Abarim, and see the land which I have given to the sons of Israel.When you have seen it, you too will be gathered to your people, just as Aaron your brother was;for in the wilderness of Zin, during the strife of the congregation, you rebelled against My command to treat Me as holy before their eyes at the water.”( These are the waters of Meribah of Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.)

“ But as the time of the promise which God had assured to Abraham was approaching, the people increased and multiplied in Egypt,

But I will establish My covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you at this season next year.”

“ Go and say to Hezekiah,‘ This is what the Lord, the God of your father David says:“ I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; behold, I will add fifteen years to your life.
