Rejoice, young man, while you are young, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth. Follow the impulses of your heart and the desires of your eyes, but know that God will judge your motives and actions.

But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourselves in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed!He will reward each one according to his works:eternal life to those who by perseverance in good works seek glory and honor and immortality,but wrath and anger to those who live in selfish ambition and do not obey the truth but follow unrighteousness.There will be affliction and distress on everyone who does evil, on the Jew first and also the Greek,but glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, for the Jew first and also the Greek.

Then I saw a large white throne and the one who was seated on it; the earth and the heaven fled from his presence, and no place was found for them.And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne. Then books were opened, and another book was opened– the book of life. So the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to their deeds.The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each one was judged according to his deeds.Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death– the lake of fire.If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, that person was thrown into the lake of fire.

But by the same word the present heavens and earth have been reserved for fire, by being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.Now, dear friends, do not let this one thing escape your notice, that a single day is like a thousand years with the Lord and a thousand years are like a single day.

He seized the dragon– the ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan– and tied him up for a thousand years.

For just as the Father has life in himself, thus he has granted the Son to have life in himself,and he has granted the Son authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of Man.“ Do not be amazed at this, because a time is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voiceand will come out– the ones who have done what is good to the resurrection resulting in life, and the ones who have done what is evil to the resurrection resulting in condemnation.

But do not measure the outer courtyard of the temple; leave it out, because it has been given to the Gentiles, and they will trample on the holy city for forty- two months.And I will grant my two witnesses authority to prophesy for 1,260 days, dressed in sackcloth.

I thought to myself,“ Come now, I will try self-indulgent pleasure to see if it is worthwhile.” But I found that it also is futile.

I thought to myself,“ I have become much wiser than any of my predecessors who ruled over Jerusalem; I have acquired much wisdom and knowledge.”

because he has set a day on which he is going to judge the world in righteousness, by a man whom he designated, having provided proof to everyone by raising him from the dead.”

“ For the LORD says,‘ Only when the seventy years of Babylonian rule are over will I again take up consideration for you. Then I will fulfill my gracious promise to you and restore you to your homeland.For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the LORD.‘ I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope.

He told them,“ You are not permitted to know the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority.

Now on the topic of times and seasons, brothers and sisters, you have no need for anything to be written to you.

The ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but will receive ruling authority as kings with the beast for one hour.These kings have a single intent, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.They will make war with the Lamb, but the Lamb will conquer them, because he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those accompanying the Lamb are the called, chosen, and faithful.”Then the angel said to me,“ The waters you saw( where the prostitute is seated) are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.The ten horns that you saw, and the beast– these will hate the prostitute and make her desolate and naked. They will consume her flesh and burn her up with fire.For God has put into their minds to carry out his purpose by making a decision to give their royal power to the beast until the words of God are fulfilled.

“ At the time of the end the king of the south will attack him. Then the king of the north will storm against him with chariots, horsemen, and a large armada of ships. He will invade lands, passing through them like an overflowing river.

Now when the thousand years are finished, Satan will be released from his prisonand will go out to deceive the nations at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to bring them together for the battle. They are as numerous as the grains of sand in the sea.They went up on the broad plain of the earth and encircled the camp of the saints and the beloved city, but fire came down from heaven and devoured them completely.

So then, do not judge anything before the time. Wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the motives of hearts. Then each will receive recognition from God.

From the time that the daily sacrifice is removed and the abomination that causes desolation is set in place, there are 1,290 days.Blessed is the one who waits and attains to the 1, 335 days.But you should go your way until the end. You will rest and then at the end of the days you will arise to receive what you have been allotted.”

He said,“ Go, Daniel. For these matters are closed and sealed until the time of the end.

For there is a proper time and procedure for every matter, for the oppression of the king is severe upon his victim.
