我還看到在日光之下，在審判的地方有奸惡，在公義的地方也有奸惡。

我觀日下、公庭有不公、義所有不義、

我遍覽天下、公庭聽訟、當秉公義、而反狥私、

我又見日下審判之所、竟有偏私、當行公義之處、反有不義、

And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment— wickedness was there, in the place of justice— wickedness was there.

Here’s something else I saw on earth. Where people should be treated right, they are treated wrong. Where people should be treated fairly, they are treated unfairly.

Moreover, I saw under the sun that in the place of justice, even there was wickedness, and in the place of righteousness, even there was wickedness.

I also noticed that under the sun there is evil in the courtroom. Yes, even the courts of law are corrupt!

I also observed under the sun: there is wickedness at the place of judgment and there is wickedness at the place of righteousness.

Furthermore, I have seen under the sun that in the place of justice there is wickedness and in the place of righteousness there is wickedness.

Moreover I saw under the sun: In the place of judgment, Wickedness was there; And in the place of righteousness, Iniquity was there.

I also observed under the sun: there is wickedness at the place of judgment and there is wickedness at the place of righteousness.

And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment,[ that] wickedness[ was] there; and the place of righteousness,[ that] iniquity[ was] there.

I saw something else on earth: In the place of justice, there was wickedness, and in the place of fairness, there was wickedness.

Then I returned and saw all the oppressions that are done under the sun: and, behold, the tears of such as were oppressed, and they had no comforter; and on the side of their oppressors there was power; but they had no comforter.

If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and the violent taking away of justice and righteousness in a province, marvel not at the matter: for one higher than the high regardeth; and there are higher than they.

But ye have dishonored the poor man. Do not the rich oppress you, and themselves drag you before the judgment- seats?

They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, And condemn the innocent blood.But Jehovah hath been my high tower, And my God the rock of my refuge.

And they covet fields, and seize them; and houses, and take them away: and they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.

Now the chief priests and the whole council sought false witness against Jesus, that they might put him to death;

How long will ye judge unjustly, And respect the persons of the wicked?[ SelahJudge the poor and fatherless: Do justice to the afflicted and destitute.Rescue the poor and needy: Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked.They know not, neither do they understand; They walk to and fro in darkness: All the foundations of the earth are shaken.

And justice is turned away backward, and righteousness standeth afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and uprightness cannot enter.

Do ye indeed in silence speak righteousness? Do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?Nay, in heart ye work wickedness; Ye weigh out the violence of your hands in the earth.

Her princes in the midst of her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they leave nothing till the morrow.

And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people:and set two men, base fellows, before him, and let them bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst curse God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him to death.And the men of his city, even the elders and the nobles who dwelt in his city, did as Jezebel had sent unto them, according as it was written in the letters which she had sent unto them.They proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people.And the two men, the base fellows, came in and sat before him: and the base fellows bare witness against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did curse God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him to death with stones.Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned, and is dead.And it came to pass, when Jezebel heard that Naboth was stoned, and was dead, that Jezebel said to Ahab, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, which he refused to give thee for money; for Naboth is not alive, but dead.And it came to pass, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead, that Ahab rose up to go down to the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite, to take possession of it.And the word of Jehovah came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying,Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who dwelleth in Samaria: behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, whither he is gone down to take possession of it.And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith Jehovah, Hast thou killed, and also taken possession? And thou shalt speak unto him, saying, Thus saith Jehovah, In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick thy blood, even thine.And Ahab said to Elijah, Hast thou found me, O mine enemy? And he answered, I have found thee, because thou hast sold thyself to do that which is evil in the sight of Jehovah.Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will utterly sweep thee away and will cut off from Ahab every man- child, and him that is shut up and him that is left at large in Israel:

Their hands are upon that which is evil to do it diligently; the prince asketh, and the judge is ready for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth the evil desire of his soul: thus they weave it together.

Then said Paul unto him, God shall smite thee, thou whited wall: and sittest thou to judge me according to the law, and commandest me to be smitten contrary to the law?
