I said to myself,“ God will judge the righteous and the wicked,” for a time for every matter and for every deed is there.

For God will bring every act to judgment, everything which is hidden, whether it is good or evil.

It is good for a man to bear The yoke in his youth.

Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.

that the sons of God saw that the daughters of mankind were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves, whomever they chose.

Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth, before the evil days come and the years approach when you will say,“ I have no pleasure in them”;

And just as it is destined for people to die once, and after this comes judgment,

If my step has turned from the way, Or my heart followed my eyes, Or if any spot has stuck to my hands,

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive compensation for his deeds done through the body, in accordance with what he has done, whether good or bad.

But the person who does wrong defiantly, whether he is a native or a stranger, that one is blaspheming the Lord; and that person shall be cut off from among his people.

But as for you, why do you judge your brother or sister? Or you as well, why do you regard your brother or sister with contempt? For we will all appear before the judgment seat of God.

All that my eyes desired, I did not refuse them. I did not restrain my heart from any pleasure, for my heart was pleased because of all my labor; and this was my reward for all my labor.

But because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God,who will repay each person according to his deeds:to those who by perseverance in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, He will give eternal life;but to those who are self serving and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, He will give wrath and indignation.There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of mankind who does evil, for the Jew first and also for the Greek,but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who does what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.For there is no partiality with God.

Now at evening time David got up from his bed and walked around on the roof of the king’s house, and from the roof he saw a woman bathing; and the woman was very beautiful in appearance.So David sent servants and inquired about the woman. And someone said,“ Is this not Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite?”Then David sent messengers and had her brought, and when she came to him, he slept with her; and when she had purified herself from her uncleanness, she returned to her house.

He summons the heavens above, And the earth, to judge His people:“ Gather My godly ones to Me, Those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.”And the heavens declare His righteousness, For God Himself is judge. Selah

When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was desirable to make one wise, she took some of its fruit and ate; and she also gave some to her husband with her, and he ate.

So I gave them over to the stubbornness of their heart, To walk by their own plans.

But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly people.

but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Then the angel of the Lord said to him,“ Why have you struck your donkey these three times? Behold, I have come out as an adversary, because your way was reckless and contrary to me.

“ As for the message that you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord, we are not going to listen to you!But we will certainly carry out every word that has proceeded from our mouths, by burning sacrifices to the queen of heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, just as we ourselves, our forefathers, our kings, and our leaders did in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem; for then we had plenty of food and were well off and saw no misfortune.

But as he was discussing righteousness, self control, and the judgment to come, Felix became frightened and responded,“ Go away for now, and when I have an opportunity, I will summon you.”

And it shall be when he hears the words of this curse, that he will consider himself fortunate in his heart, saying,‘ I will do well though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart in order to destroy the watered land along with the dry.’

And it will come about when I leave you that the Spirit of the Lord will carry you to where I do not know; so when I come and inform Ahab and he cannot find you, he will kill me, though I, your servant, have feared the Lord from my youth.

When he came to the king, the king said to him,“ Micaiah, should we go to battle against Ramoth gilead, or should we refrain?” And he said,“ Go up and succeed, for the Lord will hand it over to the king!”

The younger of them said to his father,‘ Father, give me the share of the estate that is coming to me.’ And so he divided his wealth between them.And not many days later, the younger son gathered everything together and went on a journey to a distant country, and there he squandered his estate in wild living.

And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds.And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them; and they were judged, each one of them according to their deeds.Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

They keep saying to those who despise Me,‘ The Lord has said,“ You will have peace” ’; And as for everyone who walks in the stubbornness of his own heart, They say,‘ Disaster will not come on you.’

It shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the Lord, so that you will do them and not follow your own heart and your own eyes, which led you to prostitute yourselves,

in which you previously walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.Among them we too all previously lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the rest.

Yet they did not obey or incline their ear, but walked by their own advice and in the stubbornness of their evil hearts, and they went backward and not forward.

And at noon Elijah ridiculed them and said,“ Call out with a loud voice, since he is a god; undoubtedly he is attending to business, or is on the way, or is on a journey. Perhaps he is asleep, and will awaken.”

In past generations He permitted all the nations to go their own ways;

So having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now proclaiming to mankind that all people everywhere are to repent,because He has set a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all people by raising Him from the dead.”

For the time already past is sufficient for you to have carried out the desire of the Gentiles, having pursued a course of indecent behavior, lusts, drunkenness, carousing, drinking parties, and wanton idolatries.In all this, they are surprised that you do not run with them in the same excesses of debauchery, and they slander you;

Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of human hearts; and then praise will come to each person from God.

when I saw among the spoils a beautiful robe from Shinar, two hundred shekels of silver, and a bar of gold fifty shekels in weight, then I wanted them and took them; and behold, they are hidden in the ground inside my tent, with the silver underneath.”
