天主所悅者、賜以智慧、知識、歡樂、獲罪於天主者、天主則畀以收斂積蓄之任、終歸於天主所悅者用、此亦屬於虛、亦如捕風、

慕義如饑渴者福矣、因其將得飽也、

我儕知萬物共歎劬勞、直至於今、不第此也、即我儕已得聖神之初果者、中心自歎、望得義子之位、即我身之贖也、

厥後我觀我手所經營一切、及我所勞碌而得者、乃知皆屬於虛、皆如捕風、在日下毫無所益、○
