我竊自思、我得大業、具智慧、耶路撒冷人、自古以來、未有若此者也。

我心里议论说：我得了大智慧，胜过我以前在耶路撒冷的众人，而且我心中多经历智慧和知识的事。

我心里说：“看哪，我大有智慧，胜过在我以前所有统治耶路撒冷的人；我的心也多经历智慧和知识的事。”

我心自謂、我獲大智、勝於先我在耶路撒冷者、我心多歷智識、

I said to myself,“ Look, I have increased in wisdom more than anyone who has ruled over Jerusalem before me; I have experienced much of wisdom and knowledge.”

I said to myself,“ Look, I’ve now grown wiser than anyone who ruled over Jerusalem in the past. I have a lot of wisdom and knowledge.”

I said in my heart,“ I have acquired great wisdom, surpassing all who were over Jerusalem before me, and my heart has had great experience of wisdom and knowledge.”

I said to myself,“ Look, I am wiser than any of the kings who ruled in Jerusalem before me. I have greater wisdom and knowledge than any of them.”

I said to myself,“ See, I have amassed wisdom far beyond all those who were over Jerusalem before me, and my mind has thoroughly grasped wisdom and knowledge.”

I said to myself,“ Behold, I have magnified and increased wisdom more than all who were over Jerusalem before me; and my mind has observed a wealth of wisdom and knowledge.”

I communed with my heart, saying,“ Look, I have attained greatness, and have gained more wisdom than all who were before me in Jerusalem. My heart has understood great wisdom and knowledge.”

I communed with mine own heart, saying, Lo, I have gotten me great wisdom above all that were before me in Jerusalem; yea, my heart hath had great experience of wisdom and knowledge.

I said to myself,“ Look, I have amassed wisdom far beyond all those who were over Jerusalem before me, and my mind has thoroughly grasped wisdom and knowledge.”

I communed with mine own heart, saying, Lo, I am come to great estate, and have gotten more wisdom than all[ they] that have been before me in Jerusalem: yea, my heart had great experience of wisdom and knowledge.

I thought to myself,“ I have become much wiser than any of my predecessors who ruled over Jerusalem; I have acquired much wisdom and knowledge.”

I said to myself,“ Behold, I have obtained for myself great wisdom above all who were before me in Jerusalem. Yes, my heart has had great experience of wisdom and knowledge.”

日以昌大、前此在耶路撒冷未有能比擬者也、然我不踰吾閑。

論其智慧、勝於東方之子、埃及之民多矣。

我初不信、及我涖臨、目擊斯事、乃知所聞、猶不及所見之半也。爾之智慧全備、較我所聞者、尤覺其多、

又曰、當頌讚造天地者、以色列族之上帝耶和華、賜大闢王賢子、賦以智慧、能建耶和華殿、及王宮室。

惟成人則肉食、以其練習、精於思、能別美惡焉、

我則許爾所求、以智慧之心錫汝、爾之前未有若是、爾之後亦不能若是。爾所未求者、我亦賜爾、即貨財尊榮、爾之畢生、列王之中、無可比儗。

孰能聽其訟、祈爾賜僕智慧聰明、能治斯民。上帝告所羅門曰、我立汝為王、以臨民、乃爾心不求財貨、尊榮、遐齡、勝敵、惟求智慧聰明、能聽民之訟、故我許爾所求、以智慧聰明賜爾、更以貨財尊榮予爾、爾之前王、未有若是、爾之後人亦不能若是。

彼曰、廣廈崇室、余必搆造、啟其窗牗、以柏香木為板、塗以丹艧。

主耶和華曰、斯時也爾心將萌惡念云、地無城郭、吾必侵伐之、民安逸樂、吾必攻擊之、維彼城垣不築、門楗俱無、

亞述人之所為、非欲成我之志、其意乃為翦滅列邦。彼曰我之牧伯、可儗列王、我滅甲呢若迦基密、滅哈末若亞八、滅撒馬利亞、若大馬色、列國之偶像、較耶路撒冷、撒馬利亞尤眾、亦為我所翦滅。撒馬利亞我已滅其國家、毀其偶像、豈不能以此待耶路撒冷乎。主曰、我降災於郇山、及耶路撒冷、既畢其事、我必伐亞述王、汰其驕心、去其抑視。彼曰、我有智有能、克勝鄰邦、虜其財、得其地、惟自恃其能而為之。我擊天下、得人貨財、如覆巢取卵、雌鳥遠飛、無有哀鳴而鼓翼者。

所羅門之智慧貨財、甲天下列王。上帝賦所羅門智慧、天下列王、咸求見焉。

上帝僕以利沙之從者、其哈西私念曰、我主釋此亞蘭人乃慢、不受其所饋、我指耶和華以誓、我將追之、冀有少得。

自謂此非巴比倫大城、我所建造者乎、我以之為國都、顯我能、彰我榮、

宜寅畏、毋違逆、偃息於床以存想兮、厥口而緘默、惟耶和華是恃兮。

所羅門之智慧貨財、甲天下列王。上帝賦所羅門以智慧、天下億兆、咸求見焉。

夤夜謳歌、今也中心存想、以神察理、何不如昔兮、
