恐主爾之天主震怒滅爾於地、因主爾之天主於爾中乃忌邪之天主、

因为在你们中间的耶和华你神是忌邪的神，惟恐耶和华你神的怒气向你发作，就把你从地上除灭。

因为在你中间的耶和华—你的上帝是忌邪的上帝，恐怕耶和华—你上帝的怒气向你发作，把你从地上除灭。

for the Lord your God, who is among you, is a jealous God and his anger will burn against you, and he will destroy you from the face of the land.

The Lord your God is among you. He wants you to worship only him. If you worship other gods, God will be very angry with you. And he will destroy you from the face of the land.

for the Lord your God in your midst is a jealous God— lest the anger of the Lord your God be kindled against you, and he destroy you from off the face of the earth.

for the Lord your God, who lives among you, is a jealous God. His anger will flare up against you, and he will wipe you from the face of the earth.

for the LORD your God, who is among you, is a jealous God. Otherwise, the LORD your God will become angry with you and obliterate you from the face of the earth.

蓋主爾之天主如火之烈、為忌邪之天主、○

毋跪拜、毋崇事、蓋我耶和華爾之天主、乃忌邪之天主、或作不容人崇奉別神惡我者、我必討其罪、以及子孫、至三四代、

恐其誘惑爾子離棄主、主原文作我從事他神、如是主必向爾震怒、滅爾甚速、

恐主震怒爾曹、使天不降雨、使地不產物、使爾在主所賜爾之美地滅亡甚速、

此事陷耶羅波安家於罪中、致其家殲滅於天下、

何為使伊及人云、耶和華導之出伊及、特欲加害於彼、殺之山中、滅之於地、求主轉怒回瞋、不降所言之禍於主之民、

主天主又曰、此國獲罪、我目鑒察、必滅之於地上、雖然、我不盡滅雅各族、

彼訕笑天主之使者、藐視其言、侮辱侮辱或作譏諷其先知、故主震怒其民、不復援之、

何人能識主怒之威嚴、誰能依敬畏主之道、明曉主之盛怒、

天下萬族中、我特選爾、故爾有罪、我必加罰、

毋跪拜、毋崇事、蓋我耶和華爾之天主、乃忌邪之天主、或作不容人崇奉別神惡我者、我必討其罪、以及子孫、至三四代、

其時、主震怒誓曰、出伊及之眾、自二十歲以上者、因不忠心從我、必不得見我誓賜亞伯拉罕以撒雅各之地、惟基尼洗族耶孚尼子迦勒、與嫩之子約書亞、因忠心從我、得入其地、如是主怒以色列人、使之游於曠野、歷四十年、直待斯代之民、行惡於主前者、皆已滅亡、今爾曹一類作孽者興、繼爾先人犯罪、使主怒以色列人更甚、如爾曹仍逆主不順、主必復棄以色列人於曠野、是爾曹使眾民滅亡、

我儕因主震怒、幾至消亡、因主施威、皆甚驚惶、

越七日、我將雨於地四十晝夜、以所造諸生物、盡滅於地、

我儕可激主之怒乎、我儕豈勝於主乎、○
