In majesty he is like a firstborn bull; his horns are the horns of a wild ox. With them he will gore the nations, even those at the ends of the earth. Such are the ten thousands of Ephraim; such are the thousands of Manasseh.”

His glory is like the glory of a bull born first to its mother. His horns are like the horns of a wild ox. He will use them to destroy the nations. He’ll wipe out the nations that are very far away. The ten thousands of men in Ephraim’s army are like the bull and the ox. So are the thousands in the army of Manasseh.”

A firstborn bull— he has majesty, and his horns are the horns of a wild ox; with them he shall gore the peoples, all of them, to the ends of the earth; they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.”

Joseph has the majesty of a young bull; he has the horns of a wild ox. He will gore distant nations, even to the ends of the earth. This is my blessing for the multitudes of Ephraim and the thousands of Manasseh.”

基拿拿的兒子西底家造了幾個鐵角、說：『永恆主這樣說：「你要用這些角去牴觸亞蘭人，直到將他們滅盡。」』

領他出埃及的上帝有像野牛高舉的角；他要吞喫做他敵人的列國，折斷他們的骨頭，擊碎他們的腰。

以色列的長子如便的兒子（如便固然是長子，只因他沾污了他父親的鋪蓋，他長子的名分就歸了以色列的兒子約瑟的子孫；不過在家譜之登記上約瑟是不按着長子名分而登記的。

你卻高舉了我的角、如野牛的角；你用油滲透了我。

他父親不肯，說：『我知道，我兒，我知道；他也必成為一個民族；而且也必昌大。雖然如此，他的小弟弟卻要比他還昌大；他的後裔必成為許多國家。』

以法蓮哪，我可怎樣評斷你呢？猶大啊，我可怎樣評定你呢？你們的堅貞就如早晨的雲霧，又如早散的朝露。

野牛和牠們一同下屠場，公牛同大力牛也下去。他們的地喝足了血，他們的塵土由脂肪而肥潤。

拯救我脫離獅子的口，救我這苦命脫離野牛的角。

這些是瑪拿西的家族，其中被點閱的、有五萬二千七百人。

他使利巴嫩跳躍如牛犢，使西連山蹦跳如野牛犢。

我醫治以色列的時候，以法蓮的罪孽就顯露，撒瑪利亞的壞行為就現出；因為他們行虛假，內有賊人進屋，外有強盜羣襲擊。

基拿拿的兒子西底家為自己造了鐵角說：『永恆主這麼說：「你要用這些角去牴觸亞蘭人，直到將他們滅盡。」』

我、我早就認識了以法蓮了，以色列是不能向我隱藏的；但如今呢、以法蓮哪，你竟行淫了，以色列竟被玷污了。

野牛哪肯服事你？哪肯在你槽旁過夜呢？你哪能用套繩將野牛繫住於犂溝間？牠哪肯隨着你耙山谷之地呢？

這些是以法蓮子孫的家族，按其中被點閱的、有三萬二千五百人。按他們的家族、這些都是約瑟的子孫。
