When these days are over it shall be, on the eighth day and thereafter, that the priests shall offer your burnt offerings and your peace offerings on the altar; and I will accept you,’ says the Lord GOD.”

For on My holy mountain, on the mountain height of Israel,” says the Lord GOD,“ there all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, shall serve Me; there I will accept them, and there I will require your offerings and the firstfruits of your sacrifices, together with all your holy things.I will accept you as a sweet aroma when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you have been scattered; and I will be hallowed in you before the Gentiles.

And the Lord spoke to Aaron:“ Here, I Myself have also given you charge of My heave offerings, all the holy gifts of the children of Israel; I have given them as a portion to you and your sons, as an ordinance forever.This shall be yours of the most holy things reserved from the fire: every offering of theirs, every grain offering and every sin offering and every trespass offering which they render to Me, shall be most holy for you and your sons.In a most holy place you shall eat it; every male shall eat it. It shall be holy to you.“ This also is yours: the heave offering of their gift, with all the wave offerings of the children of Israel; I have given them to you, and your sons and daughters with you, as an ordinance forever. Everyone who is clean in your house may eat it.“ All the best of the oil, all the best of the new wine and the grain, their firstfruits which they offer to the Lord, I have given them to you.Whatever first ripe fruit is in their land, which they bring to the Lord, shall be yours. Everyone who is clean in your house may eat it.“ Every devoted thing in Israel shall be yours.“ Everything that first opens the womb of all flesh, which they bring to the Lord, whether man or beast, shall be yours; nevertheless the firstborn of man you shall surely redeem, and the firstborn of unclean animals you shall redeem.And those redeemed of the devoted things you shall redeem when one month old, according to your valuation, for five shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, which is twenty gerahs.But the firstborn of a cow, the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat you shall not redeem; they are holy. You shall sprinkle their blood on the altar, and burn their fat as an offering made by fire for a sweet aroma to the Lord.And their flesh shall be yours, just as the wave breast and the right thigh are yours.“ All the heave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer to the Lord, I have given to you and your sons and daughters with you as an ordinance forever; it is a covenant of salt forever before the Lord with you and your descendants with you.”Then the Lord said to Aaron:“ You shall have no inheritance in their land, nor shall you have any portion among them; I am your portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel.

And when you offer the blind as a sacrifice, Is it not evil? And when you offer the lame and sick, Is it not evil? Offer it then to your governor! Would he be pleased with you? Would he accept you favorably?” Says the Lord of hosts.“ But now entreat God’s favor, That He may be gracious to us. While this is being done by your hands, Will He accept you favorably?” Says the Lord of hosts.“ Who is there even among you who would shut the doors, So that you would not kindle fire on My altar in vain? I have no pleasure in you,” Says the Lord of hosts,“ Nor will I accept an offering from your hands.

And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet.Assuredly, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city!

They hate the one who rebukes in the gate, And they abhor the one who speaks uprightly.

But whatever city you enter, and they do not receive you, go out into its streets and say,‘ The very dust of your city which clings to us we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that the kingdom of God has come near you.’But I say to you that it will be more tolerable in that Day for Sodom than for that city.

“ The priests, the Levites— all the tribe of Levi— shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel; they shall eat the offerings of the Lord made by fire, and His portion.Therefore they shall have no inheritance among their brethren; the Lord is their inheritance, as He said to them.“ And this shall be the priest’s due from the people, from those who offer a sacrifice, whether it is bull or sheep: they shall give to the priest the shoulder, the cheeks, and the stomach.The firstfruits of your grain and your new wine and your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep, you shall give him.For the Lord your God has chosen him out of all your tribes to stand to minister in the name of the Lord, him and his sons forever.

Who make a man an offender by a word, And lay a snare for him who reproves in the gate, And turn aside the just by empty words.

Woe is me, my mother, That you have borne me, A man of strife and a man of contention to the whole earth! I have neither lent for interest, Nor have men lent to me for interest. Every one of them curses me.

Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit.

May He remember all your offerings, And accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah

“ Command the children of Israel that they give the Levites cities to dwell in from the inheritance of their possession, and you shall also give the Levites common-land around the cities.They shall have the cities to dwell in; and their common-land shall be for their cattle, for their herds, and for all their animals.The common-land of the cities which you will give the Levites shall extend from the wall of the city outward a thousand cubits all around.And you shall measure outside the city on the east side two thousand cubits, on the south side two thousand cubits, on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits. The city shall be in the middle. This shall belong to them as common-land for the cities.“ Now among the cities which you will give to the Levites you shall appoint six cities of refuge, to which a manslayer may flee. And to these you shall add forty-two cities.So all the cities you will give to the Levites shall be forty-eight; these you shall give with their common-land.And the cities which you will give shall be from the possession of the children of Israel; from the larger tribe you shall give many, from the smaller you shall give few. Each shall give some of its cities to the Levites, in proportion to the inheritance that each receives.”

He who hears you hears Me, he who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects Him who sent Me.”
