願他的統治如春雨降在新割過的草場上，又像甘霖滋潤大地。

雨雪從天降下，並不返回，而是要滋潤大地，使地上的植物發芽生長，叫播種的有種子，吃飯的有食糧。同樣，我口中所出的話也不會徒然返回，而是要成就我的旨意，實現我的計劃。

雅各餘剩的子孫將在萬民中像從耶和華那裡降下的雨露，又像灑在草上的甘霖。他們不依靠人，不冀望於世人。

我講完後，無人再發言；我的話滋潤他們的心田。他們盼我如盼甘霖，張著口如慕春雨。

我要像甘露一樣滋潤以色列，使他綻放如百合花，扎根如黎巴嫩的香柏樹。

我栽種，亞波羅灌溉，但使之生長的是上帝。所以栽種的和灌溉的都算不得什麼，一切都在於使之生長的上帝。其實栽種的人和澆灌的人目標都一樣，各人將按照自己的付出得報酬。

一塊經常受到雨水滋潤的田地若為耕種的人長出莊稼來，就蒙上帝賜福；

就像黎明的曙光、晴朗的早晨，又像雨後的光輝，使大地長出青草。』

要在春季向耶和華求雨。祂創造雷雨，為世人降下甘霖，使田間長出青翠之物。

耶和華說：「以法蓮啊，我該怎樣待你呢？猶大啊，我該怎樣待你呢？你們對我的愛像晨霧，如轉瞬即逝的朝露。
