and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

And you will love the Lord your God. You will obey him. You will remain true to him. The Lord is your very life. He will give you many years in the land. He promised to give that land to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice and holding fast to him, for he is your life and length of days, that you may dwell in the land that the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.”

You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the Lord, you will live long in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”

I also call on you to love the LORD your God, to obey him and be loyal to him, for he gives you life and enables you to live continually in the land the LORD promised to give to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”

你要敬畏耶和華你的神，事奉他，依靠他，奉他的名起誓。

耶穌說：“我就是復活和生命；信我的人，雖然死了，也要活著。所有活著又信我的人，必定永遠不死，你信這話嗎？”

你要遵守我今日吩咐你的律例和誡命，使你和你的子孫得享福樂，也使你在耶和華你的神賜給你的那地上得享長壽。”

只要照著你們一直以來所行的，緊緊倚靠耶和華你們的神。

因著他我們可以生存、活動、存在，就如你們有些詩人說：‘原來我們也是他的子孫。’

他保全我們的性命，不使我們的腳動搖。

因為生命的泉源在你那裡；在你的光中，我們才能看見光。

認識你是獨一的真神，並且認識你所差來的耶穌基督，這就是永生。

也不受人手的服事，好像他缺少甚麼；他自己反而把生命、氣息和一切，賜給萬人。

耶穌對他說：“我就是道路、真理、生命，如果不是藉著我，沒有人能到父那裡去。

你要全心、全性、全力愛耶和華你的神。

我已經與基督同釘十字架；現在活著的，不再是我，而是基督活在我裡面；如今在肉身中活著的我，是因信神的兒子而活的；他愛我，為我捨己。

“‘要孝敬父母，照著耶和華你的神吩咐你的，使你可以得享長壽，也使你在耶和華你的神賜給你的地上，得享福樂。

“以色列啊，現在耶和華你的神向你要的是甚麼呢？只要你敬畏耶和華你的神，行在他的一切道路上，愛他，一心一意事奉耶和華你的神，

只有你們緊緊倚靠耶和華你們的神的人，今日全都活著。

聖靈和新娘都說：“來！”聽見的人也要說：“來！”口渴的人也要來！願意的人都要白白接受生命的水！

如果你們殷勤謹守遵行我吩咐你們的這一切誡命，愛耶和華你們的神，行他的一切道路，又緊緊地依靠他，

耶和華你的神必把你心裡和你後裔心裡的污穢除掉，要你一心一意愛耶和華你的神，使你可以存活。

他又對我說：“成了！我是阿拉法，是俄梅格；我是創始的，也是成終的。我要把生命的泉水，白白賜給口渴的人喝。

他到了那裡，看見神所施的恩，就很歡喜，勸勉眾人堅心靠主。

愛，不可虛偽；惡，要厭惡；善，要持守。

因此我今日吩咐你要愛耶和華你的神，行他的道路，謹守他的誡命、律例、典章，使你可以存活，人數增多，耶和華你的神就必在你要進去得為業的地上賜福給你。

但是你們過了約旦河，住在耶和華你們的神使你們承受為業的地，又使你們太平，脫離你們周圍的所有仇敵，安居樂業，

天使又指示我一道明亮如水晶的生命水的河流，從神和羊羔的寶座那裡流出來，

因為他的怒氣只是短暫的，他的恩惠卻是一生一世的；夜間雖然不斷有哭泣，早晨卻必歡呼。

又使你們在耶和華向你們的列祖起誓應許賜給他們和他們後裔的地上，就是流奶與蜜的地，可以長久居住。

因為你們已經死了，你們的生命與基督一同隱藏在神裡面。基督就是你們的生命，他顯現的時候，你們也要和他一同在榮耀裡顯現。
