So My people come to you in crowds, sit in front of you, and hear your words, but they don’t obey them. Although they express love with their mouths, their hearts pursue dishonest profit.

We must, therefore, pay even more attention to what we have heard, so that we will not drift away.For if the message spoken through angels was legally binding and every transgression and disobedience received a just punishment,how will we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was first spoken by the Lord and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him.

“ Brothers, sons of Abraham’s race, and those among you who fear God, the message of this salvation has been sent to us.

‘ We are wiping off as a witness against you even the dust of your town that clings to our feet. Know this for certain: The kingdom of God has come near.’I tell you, on that day it will be more tolerable for Sodom than for that town.

Therefore, let it be known to you, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is being proclaimed to you,and everyone who believes in Him is justified from everything that you could not be justified through the law of Moses.So beware that what is said in the prophets does not happen to you:Look, you scoffers, marvel and vanish away, because I am doing a work in your days, a work that you will never believe, even if someone were to explain it to you.”
