Now may the God of peace, who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus— the great Shepherd of the sheep— through the blood of the everlasting covenant,equip you with everything good to do his will, working in us what is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

and keep your obligation to the LORD your God to walk in his ways and to keep his statutes, commands, ordinances, and decrees. This is written in the law of Moses, so that you will have success in everything you do and wherever you turn,

He said,“ Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.”

All the LORD’s ways show faithful love and truth to those who keep his covenant and decrees.

They will ask about Zion, turning their faces to this road. They will come and join themselves to the LORD in a permanent covenant that will never be forgotten.

These are the words of the covenant that the LORD commanded Moses to make with the Israelites in the land of Moab, in addition to the covenant he had made with them at Horeb.

For the LORD says this:“ For the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, and choose what pleases me, and hold firmly to my covenant,I will give them, in my house and within my walls, a memorial and a name better than sons and daughters. I will give each of them an everlasting name that will never be cut off.As for the foreigners who join themselves to the LORD to minister to him, to love the name of the LORD, and to become his servants— all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold firmly to my covenant—I will bring them to my holy mountain and let them rejoice in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be acceptable on my altar, for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.”

But from eternity to eternity the LORD’s faithful love is toward those who fear him, and his righteousness toward the grandchildrenof those who keep his covenant, who remember to observe his precepts.

This is what the LORD says: Preserve justice and do what is right, for my salvation is coming soon, and my righteousness will be revealed.Happy is the person who does this, the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.
