“ You stand today, all of you, before the Lord your God: your heads, your tribes, your elders and your officers, that is, all the men of Israel,

『今日你們眾人都在永恆主你們的上帝面前站立着：你們的族長、長老、官吏、以色列所有的男丁、

今爾有眾、牧伯、族長、長老、有司、以色列諸丁男、

今日爾與族中最著者、長老族長、暨以色列眾、爰及妻孥、營中之賓旅、自採樵者及汲水者、俱立於爾上帝耶和華前。

今日爾眾、爾諸族長、支派之牧伯、爾長老有司、及以色列眾男、

All of you are standing today in the presence of the Lord your God— your leaders and chief men, your elders and officials, and all the other men of Israel,

Today all of you are standing here in the sight of the Lord your God. Your leaders and chief men are here. Your elders and officials are here. So are all the other men of Israel.

“ You are standing today, all of you, before the Lord your God: the heads of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, all the men of Israel,

All of you— tribal leaders, elders, officers, all the men of Israel— are standing today in the presence of the Lord your God.

“ All of you are standing today before the LORD your God— your leaders, tribes, elders, officials, all the men of Israel,

“ All of you stand today before the Lord your God: your leaders and your tribes and your elders and your officers, all the men of Israel,

Ye stand this day all of you before Jehovah your God; your heads, your tribes, your elders, and your officers, even all the men of Israel,

“ All of you are standing today before the Lord your God— your leaders, tribes, elders, officials, all the men of Israel,

Ye stand this day all of you before the LORD your God; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers,[ with] all the men of Israel,

You are standing today, all of you, before the LORD your God– the heads of your tribes, your elders, your officials, every Israelite man,

All of you stand today in the presence of Yahweh your God: your heads, your tribes, your elders, and your officers, even all the men of Israel,

Then the kings of the earth and the eminent people, and the commanders and the wealthy and the strong, and every slave and free person hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains;

Now on the twenty fourth day of this month the sons of Israel assembled with fasting, in sackcloth and with dirt upon them.The descendants of Israel separated themselves from all foreigners, and they stood and confessed their sins and the wrongdoings of their fathers.

Now the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, and all those who had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the Law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, all those who had knowledge and understanding,

Then Ezra the priest brought the Law before the assembly of men, women, and all who could listen with understanding, on the first day of the seventh month.

And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds.

Then Jehoiada made a covenant between himself and all the people and the king, that they would be the Lord’s people.

Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and the nursing infants. Have the groom come out of his room And the bride out of her bridal chamber.Let the priests, the Lord’s ministers, Weep between the porch and the altar, And let them say,“ Spare Your people, Lord, And do not make Your inheritance a disgrace, With the nations jeering at them. Why should those among the peoples say,‘ Where is their God?’ ”

Remember the day you stood before the Lord your God at Horeb, when the Lord said to me,‘ Assemble the people to Me, that I may have them hear My words so that they may learn to fear Me all the days that they live on the earth, and that they may teach their children.’

Assemble the people, the men, the women, the children, and the stranger who is in your town, so that they may hear and learn and fear the Lord your God, and be careful to follow all the words of this Law.And their children, who have not known, will hear and learn to fear the Lord your God, as long as you live on the land which you are about to cross the Jordan to possess.”

“ Now because of all this We are making an agreement in writing; And on the sealed document are the names of our leaders, our Levites, and our priests.”

Then the king sent word and gathered all the elders of Judah and Jerusalem.The king went up to the house of the Lord with all the men of Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the priests, the Levites, and all the people, from the greatest to the least; and he read in their presence all the words of the Book of the Covenant which was found in the house of the Lord.Then the king stood in his place and made a covenant before the Lord to walk after the Lord, and to keep His commandments, His testimonies, and His statutes with all his heart and with all his soul, to perform the words of the covenant that are written in this book.Furthermore, he made all who were present in Jerusalem and Benjamin stand with him. So the inhabitants of Jerusalem acted in accordance with the covenant of God, the God of their fathers.
