Your carcasses will be food for all the birds and the wild animals, and there will be no one to frighten them away.

他們被殺的必被拋棄在外面，屍體的臭氣上騰，眾山都被他們的血所溶化。

那非利士人又對大衛說：“你到我這裡來吧！我要把你的肉給空中的飛鳥和田野的走獸吃。”大衛回答那非利士人：“你來攻擊我是靠刀、靠矛、靠槍，但我來攻擊你是靠萬軍之耶和華的名；萬軍之耶和華就是你所辱罵的以色列軍隊的神。今天耶和華要把你交在我手裡，我必擊殺你，砍下你的頭。今天我還要把非利士人軍隊的屍體給空中的飛鳥和地上的野獸吃。這樣，全地的人就都知道以色列中有一位神。

“到那一天（這是耶和華的宣告），敵人要把猶大列王、首領、祭司、先知和耶路撒冷居民的骸骨，都從他們的墳墓裡取出來，

神啊！外族人侵入你的產業，污穢了你的聖殿，使耶路撒冷成為廢墟。（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）他們把你僕人的屍首，給空中的飛鳥啄食；把你聖民的肉，給地上的野獸吞噬。他們在耶路撒冷的周圍把聖民的血像水一般倒出，沒有人埋葬他們。

“人子啊！主耶和華這樣說：你要對各類的飛鳥和田野的走獸說：‘你們集合起來，從四圍聚集來吃我為你們所預備的祭肉。以色列眾山上要獻大祭，好叫你們吃肉喝血。你們要吃勇士的肉，喝那地眾領袖的血，就如吃公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊和公牛，全部都是巴珊的肥畜。你們吃我為你們所預備的祭，必吃飽脂油，喝醉了血。你們必在我的筵席上吃飽馬匹、騎兵、勇士和所有的戰士。這是主耶和華的宣告。’
