他们被杀的必被抛弃在外面，尸体的臭气上腾，众山都被他们的血所溶化。

那非利士人又对大卫说：“你到我这里来吧！我要把你的肉给空中的飞鸟和田野的走兽吃。”大卫回答那非利士人：“你来攻击我是靠刀、靠矛、靠枪，但我来攻击你是靠万军之耶和华的名；万军之耶和华就是你所辱骂的以色列军队的神。今天耶和华要把你交在我手里，我必击杀你，砍下你的头。今天我还要把非利士人军队的尸体给空中的飞鸟和地上的野兽吃。这样，全地的人就都知道以色列中有一位神。

“到那一天（这是耶和华的宣告），敌人要把犹大列王、首领、祭司、先知和耶路撒冷居民的骸骨，都从他们的坟墓里取出来，

神啊！外族人侵入你的产业，污秽了你的圣殿，使耶路撒冷成为废墟。（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）他们把你仆人的尸首，给空中的飞鸟啄食；把你圣民的肉，给地上的野兽吞噬。他们在耶路撒冷的周围把圣民的血像水一般倒出，没有人埋葬他们。

“人子啊！主耶和华这样说：你要对各类的飞鸟和田野的走兽说：‘你们集合起来，从四围聚集来吃我为你们所预备的祭肉。以色列众山上要献大祭，好叫你们吃肉喝血。你们要吃勇士的肉，喝那地众领袖的血，就如吃公绵羊、羊羔、公山羊和公牛，全部都是巴珊的肥畜。你们吃我为你们所预备的祭，必吃饱脂油，喝醉了血。你们必在我的筵席上吃饱马匹、骑兵、勇士和所有的战士。这是主耶和华的宣告。’
