Write on them all the words of this law when you have crossed over to enter the land the Lord your God is giving you, a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, promised you.

Write all the words of this law on them. Do it when you have crossed over into the land the Lord your God is giving you. It’s a land that has plenty of milk and honey. The Lord is the God of your people of long ago. He promised you that you would enter the land.

耶和华说：“日子将到，我要与以色列家和犹大家另立新约，不像我拉着他们祖宗的手，领他们出埃及地的时候，与他们所立的约。我虽作他们的丈夫，他们却背了我的约。这是耶和华说的。”耶和华说：“那些日子以后，我与以色列家所立的约乃是这样：我要将我的律法放在他们里面，写在他们心上。我要作他们的神，他们要作我的子民。

“主说：那些日子以后，我与他们所立的约乃是这样：我要将我的律法写在他们心上，又要放在他们的里面”；

以色列人在旷野走了四十年，等到国民，就是出埃及的兵丁，都消灭了，因为他们没有听从耶和华的话。耶和华曾向他们起誓，必不容他们看见耶和华向他们列祖起誓、应许赐给我们的地，就是流奶与蜜之地。

如今耶稣所得的职任是更美的，正如他作更美之约的中保；这约原是凭更美之应许立的。那前约若没有瑕疵，就无处寻求后约了。所以主指责他的百姓说：“日子将到，我要与以色列家和犹大家另立新约，不像我拉着他们祖宗的手，领他们出埃及的时候，与他们所立的约。因为他们不恒心守我的约，我也不理他们。这是主说的。”主又说：“那些日子以后，我与以色列家所立的约乃是这样：我要将我的律法放在他们里面，写在他们心上；我要作他们的神；他们要作我的子民。

但我对你们说过，你们要承受他们的地，就是我要赐给你们为业、流奶与蜜之地。我是耶和华你们的神，使你们与万民有分别的。

也要系在手上为记号，戴在额上为经文；

你们就是我们的荐信，写在我们的心里，被众人所知道所念诵的。你们明显是基督的信，藉着我们修成的。不是用墨写的，乃是用永生神的灵写的；不是写在石版上，乃是写在心版上。

我好坚定向你们列祖所起的誓，给他们流奶与蜜之地，正如今日一样。”我就回答说：“耶和华啊，阿们！”

又告诉摩西说：“我们到了你所打发我们去的那地，果然是流奶与蜜之地；这就是那地的果子。

耶和华若喜悦我们，就必将我们领进那地，把地赐给我们；那地原是流奶与蜜之地。

将这地赐给他们，就是你向他们列祖起誓应许赐给他们流奶与蜜之地。
