「看哪！上帝是我的拯救；我要倚靠他，並不懼怕。因為主耶和華是我的力量，是我的詩歌，他也成了我的拯救。」

你們豈不知道你們的身體是聖靈的殿嗎？這聖靈是從上帝而來，住在你們裏面的。而且你們不是屬自己的人，因為你們是重價買來的。所以，要在你們的身體上榮耀上帝。

只是務要謹守遵行耶和華的僕人摩西所吩咐你們的誡命和律法，愛耶和華－你們的上帝，行他一切的道，守他的誡命，緊緊跟隨他，盡心盡性事奉他。」

也不要把你們的肢體獻給罪作不義的工具，倒要像從死人中活着的人，把自己獻給上帝，並把你們的肢體獻給上帝作義的工具。

耶和華－我們的上帝在何烈山與我們立約。這約耶和華不是與我們列祖立的，而是與我們，就是今日在這裏還活着的人立的。

因為你聽從耶和華－你上帝的話，遵守我今日所吩咐你的一切誡命，行耶和華－你上帝眼中看為正的事。」

因為昨夜，我所屬所事奉的上帝的使者站在我旁邊，

這個要說：『我是屬耶和華的』，那個要以雅各的名自稱，又有一個在手上寫着：『歸耶和華』，並自稱為以色列。」

我今日所吩咐你的，就是要愛耶和華－你的上帝，遵行他的道，謹守他的誡命、律例、典章，使你可以存活，增多，而且耶和華－你的上帝必在你所要進去得為業的地上賜福給你。

並且他們所做的，不但照我們所期望的，更照上帝的旨意先把自己獻給主，又給了我們。

他們對摩西說：「請你向我們說話，我們必聽；不要讓上帝向我們說話，免得我們死亡。」

只要你留心聽從耶和華－你上帝的話，謹守遵行我今日所吩咐你這一切的命令，

他將他的道指示雅各，將他的律例典章指示以色列。他未曾這樣對待別國，至於他的典章，他們向來都不知道。哈利路亞！

「以色列啊，現在耶和華－你的上帝向你要的是甚麼呢？只要你敬畏耶和華－你的上帝，遵行他一切的道，愛他，盡心盡性事奉耶和華－你的上帝，遵守耶和華的誡命律例，就是我今日所吩咐你的，為要使你得福。

我要使這三分之一經過火，熬煉他們，如熬煉銀子；試煉他們，如試煉金子。他們要求告我的名，我必應允他們。我說：「這是我的子民。」他們要說：「耶和華是我的上帝。」

你們要順從耶和華－你們的上帝，敬畏他，謹守他的誡命，聽從他的話，事奉他，緊緊跟隨他。那先知或那做夢的人要被處死，因為他出言悖逆那領你們出埃及地、救贖你脫離為奴之家的耶和華－你們的上帝，要引誘你離開耶和華－你上帝吩咐你要行的道。這樣，你就把惡從你中間除掉。

耶和華是我的力量，是我的詩歌，他也成了我的拯救。這是我的上帝，我要讚美他；我父親的上帝，我要尊崇他。

遵守耶和華－你上帝所吩咐的，照着摩西律法上所寫的行耶和華的道，謹守他的律例、誡命、典章、法度，好讓你無論做甚麼，不拘往何處去，盡都亨通。耶和華必成就他所說關於我的話，說：『你的子孫若謹慎自己的行為，盡心盡意憑信實行在我面前，就不斷有人坐以色列的王位。』

王站在自己的位上，在耶和華面前立約，要盡心盡性跟從耶和華，遵守他的誡命、法度、律例，實行這書上所記這約的話；
