豈不知你們的身體就是聖靈的殿嗎？你們裡面住著上帝所賜的聖靈。你們不再屬於自己，因為你們是上帝用重價買來的，所以你們要用自己的身體使祂得榮耀。

不過，你們要謹遵耶和華的僕人摩西吩咐你們的誡命和律法，要愛你們的上帝耶和華，遵行祂的旨意，聽從祂的命令，忠於祂，全心全意地事奉祂。」

也不要將你們的身體獻給罪作不義的工具，而是要像一個從死裡復活的人將自己奉獻給上帝，把身體獻給上帝作義的工具。

我們的上帝耶和華曾在何烈山與我們立約，這約不是與我們祖先立的，乃是與我們今天還活著的人立的。

因為昨天晚上，我所歸屬、所事奉的上帝差遣天使站在我身旁，

這個說，『我屬於耶和華』，那個說，『我是雅各的子孫』，還有人手上寫著，『耶和華之民』，稱自己屬於以色列。

「以色列人啊，你們的上帝耶和華對你們有何要求？無非要你們敬畏祂，遵行祂的旨意，愛祂，全心全意地事奉祂，遵守祂的誡命和律例。我今天把這些誡命和律例賜給你們，是為了你們的益處。

我必使這三分之一的人受到火一般的考驗；我必像熬煉銀子一樣熬煉他們，像試煉金子一樣試煉他們。他們必呼求我的名，我必回應他們。我必說，『這是我的子民。』他們必說，『耶和華是我們的上帝。』」

你們要跟從你們的上帝耶和華，敬畏祂，遵守祂的誡命，聽從祂的話，事奉祂，倚靠祂。必須處死那些先知或解夢的人，因為他們慫恿你們背叛你們的上帝耶和華、偏離祂吩咐你們當走的道路。你們的上帝耶和華曾帶你們離開埃及，救你們脫離奴役。你們必須清除你們當中的邪惡。

耶和華是我的力量，我的詩歌，也成了我的拯救；祂是我的上帝，我要讚美祂；祂是我父親的上帝，我要尊崇祂。

你要遵從你的上帝耶和華的話，遵行祂的道，照摩西的律法遵守上帝的律例、誡命、典章和法度。這樣，你無論做什麼、去哪裡都必亨通，耶和華必履行給我的應許，祂對我說，『如果你的子孫謹慎自守，忠心地事奉我，你的王朝必世代相傳。』

王站在自己的位置上，在耶和華面前立約，要全心全意地跟隨耶和華，遵從祂的一切誡命、法度和律例，履行約書上的規定。
