you must not leave the body hanging on the pole overnight. Be sure to bury it that same day, because anyone who is hung on a pole is under God’s curse. You must not desecrate the land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.

基督替我們受了咒詛，就救贖我們脫離了律法的咒詛，因為經上記著：“凡掛在木頭上的，都是受咒詛的。”

因為那天是預備日，為了要避免屍體在安息日留在十字架上（因為那安息日是個重要的日子），猶太人就請求彼拉多打斷那些被釘十字架的人的腿，把他們拿下來。

連地也被玷污，所以我追討那地的罪孽，那地就把居民吐出去。

神使那無罪的替我們成為有罪的，使我們在他裡面成為神的義。

可厭惡的物，你不可帶進家裡去，免得你與那物一樣成了當毀滅的；你要非常憎恨它，十分厭惡它，因為這是當毀滅的物。”

所以，以色列人在他們的仇敵面前站立不住，在他們的仇敵面前轉身逃跑，因為他們成了當毀滅的。如果你們不把那當毀滅的物從你們中間除掉，我就必不再與你們同在了。

隨後，約書亞把那五個王殺死，懸在五棵樹上；他們就懸在樹上，直到晚上。到了日落的時候，約書亞吩咐人把他們從樹上取下來，丟在他們躲藏過的洞裡，把幾塊大石頭放在洞口；這些石頭一直存到今日。

為我的同胞，就是我骨肉之親，就算自己受咒詛，與基督隔絕，我也甘心。

他又把艾城的王懸在樹上，直到黃昏的時候；日落的時候，約書亞吩咐人把屍體從樹上拿下來，丟在城門口那裡，又在屍體上堆起了一大堆石頭，這堆石頭一直存到今日。

耶和華對摩西說：“把人民的首領都捉來，在我耶和華面前對著太陽把他們懸掛起來，好使耶和華的烈怒可以轉消，不向以色列人發作。”

這樣，你們就沒有玷污你們所在之地，因為血能玷污地；在地上如果有流人血的，除非流那故意殺人者的血，那地的血就不能得贖。你們不可玷污你所住的地，就是我居住的地，因為我耶和華是居住在以色列人中間的。’”

如果有人不愛主，他就該受咒詛。主啊，願你來！

現在請你把他子孫中的七個男丁交給我們，我們可以在基遍耶和華的山上，在耶和華面前把他們處決。”王說：“我必交給你們。”
