Otherwise, they will teach you to follow all the detestable things they do in worshiping their gods, and you will sin against the Lord your God.

If you don’t destroy them, they’ll teach you to do all the things the Lord hates. He hates the way they worship their gods. If you do those things, you will sin against the Lord your God.

that they may not teach you to do according to all their abominable practices that they have done for their gods, and so you sin against the Lord your God.

This will prevent the people of the land from teaching you to imitate their detestable customs in the worship of their gods, which would cause you to sin deeply against the Lord your God.

so that they won’t teach you to do all the detestable acts they do for their gods, and you sin against the LORD your God.

so that they will not teach you to do all the same detestable practices of theirs which they have done for their gods, by which you would sin against the Lord your God.

那时，你要自己谨慎，不可在他们从你的面前被消灭以后，随从他们的恶俗而陷入网罗，也不可求问他们的神，说：‘这些国的人怎样事奉他们的神，我也要这样行。’你不可向耶和华你的神这样行，因为耶和华恨恶的一切可厌恶的事，他们都向他们的神行了，甚至把自己的儿女用火焚烧，献给他们的神。

不可让他们住在你的境内，恐怕他们使你得罪我；如果你事奉他们的神，这必成为你的网罗。”

所以，“主说：你们要从他们中间出来，和他们分开，不可触摸不洁净的东西，我就收纳你们。”

因为他必使你的儿子离开我，去事奉别的神，以致耶和华向你们发烈怒，就快快地把你们消灭。你们却要这样待他们：拆毁他们的祭坛，打碎他们的神柱，砍下他们的亚舍拉，用火焚烧他们的雕像。

又恐怕你给你的儿子娶他们的女儿为妻，他们的女儿随从自己的神行邪淫的时候，使你的儿子也随从她们的神行邪淫。

你们不要自欺，“滥交朋友是会败坏品德的。”

如果有人不听从我们这封信上的训勉，要把这个人记下来，不可和他来往，好叫他自己觉得惭愧。

他们没有照着耶和华吩咐他们的，灭绝外族的人民，反而和外族人混居杂处，学习他们的风俗习惯。他们又事奉外族人的偶像，这就成了他们的网罗。他们把自己的儿女祭祀鬼魔。他们流了无辜人的血，就是他们自己儿女的血，把他们祭祀迦南的偶像；那地就被血污秽了。这样，他们因自己所作的成了不洁，他们的行为使他们犯了邪淫。所以耶和华的怒气向他的子民发作；他厌恶自己的产业，

不要参与暗昧无益的事，倒要把它揭露出来，

你们就必知道，耶和华你们的神必不再把这些国家从你们面前赶出去；他们必要成为你们的网罗和陷阱，肋下的鞭和眼中的刺，直到你们从耶和华你们的神赐给你们的这美地上灭亡为止。

他们的话好像毒瘤一样蔓延；他们当中有许米乃和腓理徒。他们偏离了真道，说复活的事已经过去了，于是毁坏了一些人的信心。

因此我又说：‘我必不把他们从你们面前赶走，他们要作你们的敌人（按照《马索拉文本》，“敌人”作“边旁”，意思不明确，或译﹕“网罗”﹔现参照各古译本翻译），他们的神要作你们的网罗。’”

就和那些心术败坏，丧失真理的人不断地争吵。他们视敬虔为得利的门路。

如果有人不听从他奉我的名所说的话，我必亲自追讨那人的罪。

因为各国都喝她淫乱烈怒的酒醉了；地上的君王与她行淫，世上的商人因她奢华挥霍就发了财。”我听见另一个声音从天上来，说：“从那城出来吧，我的子民！免得在她的罪上有分，受她所受的灾难；因为她的罪恶滔天，神已经想起她的不义来。
