Give generously to them and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to.

高貴人卻籌謀高貴的事，並堅立在高貴的事上。

有人慷慨好施，反增添更多；有人該給不給，卻導致缺乏。慷慨祝福的，必得豐裕；使人得潤澤的，自己也蒙恩澤。

如今我一切都得到了，並且豐足有餘。我已經得以滿足了，因為我從以帕弗迪托接受了來自你們的東西；那是馨香的氣味，是神所悅納、所喜悅的祭物。我的神將按照他榮耀的豐盛，在基督耶穌裡滿足你們一切的需要。

如果你為飢餓的人獻上身心，使困苦的人身心滿足；那麼，你的光就必在黑暗中升起，你的幽暗必明如正午；

你要吩咐他們常行美善，在美好行為上富足，慷慨施捨，樂意分享；為著那將要來臨的，給自己積存美好的基礎，使他們抓住那真正的生命。

在一切事上，我都給你們做了榜樣：必須這樣地勞苦做工來扶助軟弱的人，並且要記住主耶穌自己說過的話：『施比受更加蒙福。』」

如果有人講說，要照著神的話語講說；如果有人服事，要照著神所賜的力量服事，好讓神在一切事上藉著耶穌基督得榮耀。願榮耀和權能都歸於他，直到永永遠遠！阿們。

眷顧貧弱者的，是蒙福的！在災禍的日子裡，耶和華必搭救他。耶和華要保守他，使他存活；他在這地上被稱為蒙福的人。耶和華啊，求你不要照著他仇敵的心願把他交出去！

「王要回答他們，說：『我確實地告訴你們：你們為我這些弟兄中最小的一個所做的事，就是為我做了。』

如果是勸勉的，就用在勸勉上；分享的，要慷慨；帶領的，要殷勤；憐憫人的，要甘心樂意。

所以，我認為必須鼓勵這些弟兄先到你們那裡去，把你們已經許諾的惠贈提前安排好，這樣就表明你們所預備好的就是惠贈，而不是被強取的。又有這話：播撒吝嗇的人，也收穫吝嗇；播撒祝福的人，也收穫祝福。每個人要照著心裡預先定好的，不要為難，也不要勉強，因為神喜愛那樂意給與的人。神能使一切的恩典豐豐富富地臨到你們，使你們總是在一切事上都能知足，在一切美善的工作上充實滿溢。正如經上所記：「他施捨，賜予窮人；他的義行永遠常存。」供應種子給撒種的，又供應糧食給人吃的那一位，將要供給並增加你們的種子，而且增多你們義行的果子，使你們在一切事上都得以富足，以致十分慷慨，就藉著我們生出對神的感謝之心。
