At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts.

So Baruch the son of Neriah took the roll in his hand, and came unto them.And they said unto him, Sit down now, and read it in our ears. So Baruch read it in their ears.Now it came to pass, when they had heard all the words, they turned in fear one toward another, and said unto Baruch, We will surely tell the king of all these words.And they asked Baruch, saying, Tell us now, How didst thou write all these words at his mouth?Then Baruch answered them, He pronounced all these words unto me with his mouth, and I wrote them with ink in the book.

The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is upon me; because Jehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken- hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;to proclaim the year of Jehovah’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, that he may be glorified.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, Because he anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor: He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives, And recovering of sight to the blind, To set at liberty them that are bruised,To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.
