耶和華眼中看為正直和美善的事，你都要遵行，使你得福，可以進去得耶和華向你列祖起誓應許的美地，

他的後裔在世必強盛，正直人的後代必蒙福。

甚願你聽從我的命令，你的平安就會如河水，你的公義如海浪，你的後裔必多如海沙，你腹中所生的必多如沙粒。他的名絕不從我面前剪除，也不滅絕。」

你要謹守聽從我所吩咐的一切話，好讓你和你的子孫可以永遠得福，因為你行耶和華－你上帝眼中看為善、看為正的事。」

「『當孝敬父母，正如耶和華－你上帝所吩咐的，使你得福，並使你的日子在耶和華－你上帝所賜給你的地上得以長久。

上帝喜愛誰，就給誰智慧、知識和喜樂；惟有罪人，上帝使他勞苦，將他所儲藏、所堆積的歸給上帝所喜愛的人。這也是虛空，也是捕風。

所以你要對他們說，主耶和華如此說：你們吃帶血的食物，向偶像舉目，並且流人的血，你們還能得這地為業嗎？
