耶和华看为正为好的事，你都要去行，使你可以享福，并且可以进去占领耶和华向你的列祖起誓应许的那美地，

他的后裔在地上必强盛，正直人的后代必蒙福。

但愿你一向都留心听从我的命令，这样你的平安就像河水滔滔，你的公义就如海浪滚滚；你的后裔必像海沙那么多，你腹中的子孙要如沙粒这样多；他们的名字必不会被剪除，也不会从我面前消灭。

你要谨慎听从我吩咐你的这一切话，好使你和你的子子孙孙永远得享福乐，因为你行了耶和华看为好为正的事。

“‘要孝敬父母，照着耶和华你的神吩咐你的，使你可以得享长寿，也使你在耶和华你的神赐给你的地上，得享福乐。

神把智慧、知识和喜乐赐给他所喜悦的人，却使罪人作收集和积聚的差事，把所得的归给神所喜悦的人。这也是虚空，也是捕风。

因此，你要对他们说：‘主耶和华这样说：你们吃带血的祭肉，举目仰望你们的偶像，并且流人的血，你们还可以得这地为业吗？
