你们要将所赶出的国民侍奉神的各地方，无论是在高山，在小山，在各青翠树下，都毁坏了；

你们占领的国家所事奉他们众神明的地方，无论是在高山，在小山，在一切的青翠树下，你们要彻底毁坏；

爾所驅之民、服事其上帝、無論高山之巔、茂林之下、爾必廢其處、

Destroy completely all the places on the high mountains, on the hills and under every spreading tree, where the nations you are dispossessing worship their gods.

You will soon drive the nations out of it. Completely destroy all the places where they worship their gods. Destroy them on the high mountains, on the hills and under every green tree.

又在邱壇、在山岡、在茂樹下、獻祭焚香、

爾當毀其壇、碎其柱像、斫其諸亞舍拉、亞舍拉或作木偶以火焚其偶像、爾之待彼當如是、

其神之偶像、必焚之以火、其上之金銀、勿貪勿取、恐爾陷於網羅、因為主爾之天主所惡者、可惡之物、毋攜入爾室、恐爾亦成為當滅者、與物無異、爾必憾之甚、憎之極、因係當滅之物、

約西亞王在位之時、主諭我曰、背叛之以色列所行、爾豈未見乎、彼往各高山上、各茂樹下、崇事偶像、若淫婦行淫、

在各高岡上、各茂樹下、立柱像與亞舍拉、亞舍拉或作木偶在諸邱壇上焚香、效主在其前所逐異族之民、行諸惡事、干犯主怒、

爾所往之地、慎毋與其居民立約、恐其居於爾中、陷爾於罪網、爾必毀其祭壇、摧其柱像、斫其亞舍拉、亞舍拉或作木偶毋崇拜他神、因我耶和華稱為忌邪者、乃忌邪之天主、爾若與其地之居民立約、恐彼妄從其神、祭祀其神、招爾食其祭物、又恐爾為爾子娶其女、其女妄從其神、誘爾子亦妄從其神、爾毋為己鑄神像、

告以色列人云、爾渡約但、至迦南地、必驅逐其地之居民、毀其雕鑿鎔鑄之偶像、除其邱壇、

我導之入我所誓以賜之地、彼見崇高之山、茂盛之樹、遂在彼獻祭奉禮物、干犯我怒、又在彼焚香灌奠、我責之曰、爾所登之邱壇、為何所耶、為何所耶或作何足稱道其邱壇仍稱為邱壇、至於今日、

昔以色列王所羅門、在耶路撒冷前、邪僻山邪僻山或作油果山右、為西頓人可憎之神亞斯大錄、摩押人可憎之神基抹、亞捫族可憎之神米勒公、建諸邱壇、王悉污之、

獻祭在山巔、焚香在岡巒、在橡樹楊樹栗樹美蔭之下、故爾女不貞、爾媳行淫、

毋跪拜崇事其神、不可效其所為、必盡滅之、悉毀其偶像、

明日、巴勒導巴蘭至巴力崇邱、巴蘭在彼觀以色列民營之邊隅、

惟爾不可與斯地之居民立約、當毀其祭壇、爾竟不遵我言、爾何為哉、
