故爾必以我言、藏於衷、存於心、繫於手以為號、戴於額以為飾、

必以我言藏於爾心、誌於爾衷、繫於手、服於顙、以為記錄。

當以基督有原文抄本作主之道、充於爾心、智慧具備、相教相勸、以歌章、頌詞、神賦、中心感恩而頌主、

我今日所命爾斯言、當存於心、誨爾子女、或坐於室、或行於路、或寢或興、恆以此為訓、恆以此為訓或作俱當講諭繫於臂為記、戴於額為飾、書於室之門柱及邑門、○

可愛者乎、我今書此後書達爾、我在此二書、使爾記憶、以激發爾之善心、使爾記憶聖先知之預言、及我主救主之命、即我使徒所授者也、

我以主言藏在我心、以免獲罪於主、

故爾雖知此、且堅定於所得之真道、我恆以此諸事使爾憶之、

我子、勿遺忘我之教誨、爾心當謹守我命令、

當以此置於臂為號、戴於額為記、使主之律法常在爾口、蓋主施大能導爾出伊及、

謹守我命令、則可得生、守我教誨、如守眸子、繫之於指、銘之於心、

我子、當守父命、勿棄母教、擊之於心、垂之於項、行時則導爾、寢時則保爾、醒時則語語或作諭爾、蓋命令乃燈、訓迪乃光、警教督責乃生命之道、

遂謂之曰、我今日所警教爾之諸言、爾當藏於心中、亦當諭爾子孫謹守遵行此律法之諸言、

爾當以此置於臂為號、戴於額為飾、蓋主施大能導我儕出伊及、○

故我儕當更慎於所聞之道、恐或遺之、

其行事故欲使人見、闊其經匣、長其衣繸、
