Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.

你们要让基督的道丰丰富富地住在你们心里，以各样的智慧，彼此教导，互相劝戒，用诗章、圣诗、灵歌，怀着感恩的心歌颂神。

我今日吩咐你的这些话，都要记在你的心上；你要把这些话不断地教训你的儿女，无论你坐在家里，或行在路上，或躺下，或起来的时候，都要谈论。你也要把这些话系在手上作记号，戴在额上作头带。又要写在你房屋的门柱上和城门上。

亲爱的，我现在写给你们的是第二封信。在这两封信中，我都用提醒的话来激发你们真诚的心，叫你们记起圣先知说过的话，和主救主藉着使徒传给你们的诫命。

我把你的话藏在心里，免得我得罪你。

因此，你们虽然已经知道这些事，又在你们已有的真道上得到坚固，我还要时常提醒你们。

我儿，不可忘记我的训诲，你的心要谨守我的诫命；

这要在你的手上作记号，在你额上作记念，好使耶和华的律法常在你的口中，因为耶和华曾用大能的手把你从埃及领出来。

遵守我的诫命，你就可以存活；遵守我的训诲，好像护卫你眼中的瞳人。要把它们系在你的指头上，刻在你的心版上。

我儿，要谨守你父亲的诫命，不可离弃你母亲的训诲。要把它们常常系在你的心上，绑在你的颈项上。你行走的时候，它们必引导你；你睡觉的时候，它们必保护你；你醒来的时候，它们必和你交谈。因为诫命是灯，训诲是光，出于管教的责备是生命之道，

就对他们说：“我今日警告你们的一切话，你们都要放在心上，好吩咐你们的子孙谨守遵行这律法上的一切话。

这要在你的手上作记号，在你的额上作头带；因为耶和华曾用大能的手把我们从埃及领出来。’”

因此，我们必须更加密切注意所听过的道理，免得我们随流失去。

他们所作的一切，都是要作给人看：他们把经文的匣子做大了，衣服的繸子做长了；
