以色列人出伊及地後、主在何烈與之立約時、摩西以立約之二石板、置於匱中、除此石板外、匱中無他物、

我轉而下山、藏板於所作之匱、今仍在彼、遵主所命我者、○

有焚香之金臺、金臺或作金鑪有約匱、四面飾以金者、匱內有盛瑪拿之金壺、亞倫萌芽之杖、及刻約之石版二、

以法板藏於匱中、貫杠於匱之兩旁、置贖罪蓋於匱上、

主以命爾當守之約告爾、即十誡、誡原文作言並書之於二石板、
