He will repay my adversaries for their evil. Because of your faithfulness, annihilate them.

They killed these ten sons of Haman son of Hammedatha, the enemy of the Jews. However, they did not seize any plunder.

Since the king’s command was so urgent and the furnace extremely hot, the raging flames killed those men who carried up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
