with three administrators over them, one of whom was Daniel. The satraps were made accountable to them so that the king might not suffer loss.

He placed three leaders over them. One of the leaders was Daniel. The royal rulers were made accountable to the three leaders. Then the king wouldn’t lose any of his wealth.

and over them three high officials, of whom Daniel was one, to whom these satraps should give account, so that the king might suffer no loss.

The king also chose Daniel and two others as administrators to supervise the high officers and protect the king’s interests.

我听说你能解释异梦，也能解答难题。现在你若能读这文字，把它的意思向我说明，就必身穿紫袍，颈戴金链，在国中掌权，位列第三。”

你们要留心，不可疏忽这事，使王的亏损增加。”

于是王提升但以理，赐他许多贵重的礼物，使他管理巴比伦全省，又立他为总长，管理巴比伦所有的智慧人。但以理求王，王就委派沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌管理巴比伦省的政务；但以理却在朝中侍立。

因为我和我的族人被人出卖，快要毁灭，被杀尽、灭绝了。我们若是只被卖为奴婢，我也必闭口不言，但王的损失是敌人不能补偿的。”

因此，天国好像一个王，要和他的仆人算帐，

对于管家的要求，就是要他忠心。

藉愚昧人的手传递信息的，是自断己足，自寻烦恼。

因此，耶和华以色列的神说：‘我曾说：你的家和你的父家，必永远行在我面前。’现在耶和华却说：‘我决不容你们这样行了，因为尊重我的，我必尊重他；藐视我的，必受到轻视。

智慧的右手有长寿，左手有财富和尊荣。

他叫了自己的十个仆人来，给他们一千银币，说：‘你们拿去作生意，等到我回来。’他本国的人却恨他，就派使者跟着去说：‘我们不愿意这个人作王统治我们。’他得了王位回来，就吩咐把那些领了钱的仆人召来，要知道他们作生意赚了多少。第一个走过来说：‘主啊，你的一百银币，已经赚了一千。’主人说：‘好，良善的仆人，你既然在最小的事上忠心，可以有权管理十座城。’第二个来说：‘主啊，你的一百银币，已经赚了五百。’主人说：‘你可以管理五座城。’另一个来说：‘主啊，你看，你的一百银币，我一直保存在手巾里，因为我怕你，你一向是严厉的人，没有存的要提取，没有种的要收割。’主人说：‘可恶的仆人！我要凭你的口定你的罪。你知道我是严厉的人，没有存的要提取，没有种的要收割吗？那你为什么不把我的钱存入银行，等我回来的时候，把它连本带利取回来呢？’他就对侍卫说：‘夺过他的一百银币，给那有一千的。’他们说：‘主啊，他已经有一千银币了。’主人说：‘我告诉你们，凡是有的，还要给他；没有的，就算他有什么也要拿去。至于我那些仇敌，就是不愿意我作王统治他们的，把他们拉到这里来，在我面前杀掉！’”

主人把他叫来，对他说：‘我听见关于你的是怎么一回事呢？把你管理的帐目交代清楚，因为你不能再作管家了。’
