地上居民、悉若無有、彼於天上軍旅、地上億兆、隨意而行、無能阻其手、或詰之曰、爾何為者、

斯世之億兆、藐乎其小、有如無物、天下軍旅、地下人民、上帝隨意而作、其取之、孰能禦之、其為之、孰能詰之、

世間萬民、視若虛無、天上萬軍、世上萬民、隨意而待、無能禦之、無能詰之曰、爾何為、

All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. No one can hold back his hand or say to him:“ What have you done?”

He considers all the nations on earth to be nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven. He does what he wants with the nations of the earth. No one can hold back his hand. No one can say to him,“ What have you done?”

all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

All the people of the earth are nothing compared to him. He does as he pleases among the angels of heaven and among the people of the earth. No one can stop him or say to him,‘ What do you mean by doing these things?’

All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing, and he does what he wants with the army of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth. There is no one who can block his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

但是，我们的神在天上，万事都随自己的旨意而行。

看哪，列国都像水桶里的一滴，又如天平上的微尘；看哪，他举起众海岛，好像举起极微小之物。黎巴嫩不够当柴烧，其中的走兽也不够作燔祭。列国在他面前如同不存在，在他看来微不足道，只是虚空。

“我知道，你万事都能做；你的计划不能拦阻。

在天，在地，在海洋，在各深渊，耶和华都随自己的旨意而行。

自有日子以来，我就是神，谁也不能救人脱离我的手。我要行事，谁能逆转呢？

我们也在他里面得了基业；这原是那位随己意行万事的神照着自己的旨意所预定的，

做了你手和你旨意所预定必成就的事。

深哉，神的丰富、智慧和知识！他的判断何其难测！他的踪迹何其难寻！谁知道主的心？谁作过他的谋士？谁先给了他，使他后来偿还呢？因为万有都是本于他，倚靠他，归于他。愿荣耀归给他，直到永远。阿们！

这样，你会对我说：“那么，他为什么还指责人呢？有谁能抗拒他的旨意呢？”你这个人哪，你是谁，竟敢向神顶嘴呢？受造之物岂会对造他的说：“你为什么把我造成这样呢？”

那时，耶稣说：“父啊，天地的主，我感谢你！因为你把这些事向聪明智慧的人隐藏起来，而向婴孩启示出来。父啊，是的，因为你的美意本是如此。

若是出于神，你们就不能败坏他们，恐怕你们倒是攻击神了。”议会的人被他说服了，

“谁曾知道主的心？谁会教导他？”至于我们，我们有基督的心。

“那与造他的主争论的人有祸了！他不过是地上瓦块中的一片。泥土岂可对塑造它的说：‘你做的是什么？你所做的物怎么没有把手呢？’有人对父亲说，‘你生的是什么’，对母亲说，‘你生产的是什么’；这人有祸了！”耶和华—以色列的圣者，就是造以色列的如此说：“难道我孩子的未来，你们能质问我，我手的工作，你们可以吩咐我吗？

他若专心为己，将灵和气收归自己，凡血肉之躯必一同死亡；世人必归于尘土。

夜间，我的心渴想你，我里面的灵切切寻求你。因为你在地上行审判的时候，世上的居民就学习公义。

愿全地都敬畏耶和华！愿世上的居民都惧怕他！因为他说有，就有，命立，就立。耶和华使列国的筹算归于无有，使万民的计谋全无功效。耶和华的筹算永远立定，他心中的计划万代长存。

看哪，他夺去，谁能阻挡他？谁敢对他说：‘你做什么呢？’“神必不收回他的怒气，扶助拉哈伯的，屈身在神以下。

万军之耶和华起誓说：“我怎样思想，必照样成就；我怎样定意，必照样坚立，要在我的地上击破亚述，在我的山上将它践踏。它的轭必离开受压制的人，它的重担必离开他们的肩头。”这是向全地所定的旨意，向万国所伸出的手。万军之耶和华既然定意，谁能阻挠呢？他的手已经伸出，谁能使它缩回呢？

我从起初就指明末后的事，从古时便言明未成的事，说：“我的筹算必立定；凡我所喜悦的，我必成就。”我召鸷鸟从东方来，召那成就我筹算的人从远方来。我已说出，就必成就；我已谋定，也必做成。

我们要惹主的嫉恨吗？我们比他更强吗？

撒母耳就把一切话都告诉以利，并没有隐瞒。以利说：“他是耶和华，愿他照他看为好的去做。”

只是他心志已定，谁能使他转意呢？他心里所愿的，就行出来。

“强辩的岂可与全能者争论？与神辩驳的可以回答吧！”

他心里有智慧，且大有能力。谁向神刚硬而得平安呢？

没有人能以智慧、聪明、谋略抵挡耶和华。

他安静，谁能定罪呢？他转脸，谁能见他呢？无论一国或一人都是如此。

既然神给他们恩赐，像在我们信主耶稣基督的时候给了我们一样，我是谁，能拦阻神吗？”

神坐在地的穹窿之上，地上的居民有如蚱蜢。他铺张穹苍如幔子，展开诸天如可住的帐棚。他使君王归于虚无，使地上的审判官成为虚空。他们刚栽上，刚种好，根也刚扎在地里，经他一吹，就都枯干；旋风将他们吹去，像碎秸一样。

你有神那样的膀臂吗？你能像他那样发雷声吗？“你要以荣耀庄严为妆饰，以尊荣威严为衣服。你要发出你满溢的怒气，见一切骄傲的人，使他降卑；你见一切骄傲的人，将他制伏，把恶人践踏在原来地方。

从他的居所察看地上每一个居民，

他待王子不徇情面，也不看重富足的过于贫寒的，因为他们都是他手所造的。一瞬间他们就死亡。百姓在半夜中被震动而去世；有权力的被夺去，非藉人手。“神的眼目观看人的道路，察看他每一脚步。没有黑暗，没有死荫，能给作恶者在那里藏身。神不必再三传人到他面前受审判。他毋须调查就粉碎有大能的人，指定别人代替他们。

万民哪，你们都当听这话！世上所有的居民，无论贵贱贫富，都当侧耳而听！

“看哪，你这话无理，我要回答你，因神比世人更大。你为何与他争论：‘他任何事都不向人解答’？

他说：“主啊！你是谁？”主说：“我就是你所迫害的耶稣。

使一切在天上的、地上的和地底下的，因耶稣的名，众膝都要跪下，众口都要宣认：耶稣基督是主，归荣耀给父神。
