This is the dream that I, King Nebuchadnezzar, had. Now, Belteshazzar, tell me the interpretation, because none of the wise men of my kingdom can make the interpretation known to me. But you can, because you have a spirit of the holy gods.”

“这是我尼布甲尼撒王所做的梦。伯提沙撒啊，你要说明这梦的讲解；因为我国中的一切哲士都不能将梦的讲解告诉我，惟独你能，因你里头有圣神的灵。”

“这是我—尼布甲尼撒王所做的梦。伯提沙撒啊，你要说明这梦的解释；我国中所有的智慧人都不能把梦的解释告诉我，惟独你能，因你里头有神圣神明的灵。”

“这是我—尼布甲尼撒王所做的梦。伯提沙撒啊，你要说明这梦的解释；我国中所有的智慧人都不能把梦的解释告诉我，惟独你能，因你里头有神圣神明的灵。”

“这就是我尼布甲尼撒王所做的梦。伯提沙撒啊，你要为我解梦，因为我国中所有的智者都不能为我解梦。但是你能，因为你有圣洁神明的灵。”

“‘这就是我尼布甲尼撒王所作的梦。伯提沙撒啊！你要把这梦的意思告诉我，因为我国中所有的智慧人都不能把梦的意思向我说明；只有你能，因为你里面有圣神的灵。’”

“以上就是我尼布甲尼撒王所做的梦。伯提沙撒啊，你讲说梦的释义吧！因为我国中的所有智慧人都不能把梦的释义显明给我；只有你能，因为你里面有圣洁之神的灵。”

「這是我－尼布甲尼撒王所做的夢。伯提沙撒啊，你要說明這夢的講解；因為我國中的一切哲士都不能將夢的講解告訴我，惟獨你能，因你裏頭有聖神的靈。」

「這就是我尼布甲尼撒王所做的夢。伯提沙撒啊，你要為我解夢，因為我國中所有的智者都不能為我解夢。但是你能，因為你有聖潔神明的靈。」

“‘這就是我尼布甲尼撒王所作的夢。伯提沙撒啊！你要把這夢的意思告訴我，因為我國中所有的智慧人都不能把夢的意思向我說明；只有你能，因為你裡面有聖神的靈。’”

這個夢就是我尼布甲尼撒王所夢見的；伯提沙撒啊，你要將這夢的解析說明白，因為我國中所有的博士都不能將夢的解析告訴我，惟獨你能，因為你裏頭有聖神明之靈。』

「以上就是我尼布甲尼撒王所做的夢。伯提沙撒啊，你講說夢的釋義吧！因為我國中的所有智慧人都不能把夢的釋義顯明給我；只有你能，因為你裡面有聖潔之神的靈。」

我尼布甲尼撒王所得之夢即此、伯提沙撒歟、爾其解之、我國中諸哲士、不能為我解、惟爾能之、蓋聖神之靈寓於爾中也、○

我尼布甲尼撒已得此夢、國中哲士、咸不能解其兆、惟爾伯底沙撒為至聖上帝之神所感、盍以兆告余、

此乃我尼布甲尼撒王所得之夢、爾伯提沙撒當解其兆、當解其兆或作當為我解之我國中諸哲士、不能示我其兆、不能示我其兆或作不能為我解之惟爾必能、蓋爾素為聖神明之神所感也、

“ This is the dream that I, King Nebuchadnezzar, had. Now, Belteshazzar, tell me what it means, for none of the wise men in my kingdom can interpret it for me. But you can, because the spirit of the holy gods is in you.”

“ This is the dream I, King Nebuchadnezzar, had. Now tell me what it means, Belteshazzar. None of the wise men in my kingdom can explain it to me. But you can. After all, the spirit of the holy gods is in you.”

This dream I, King Nebuchadnezzar, saw. And you, O Belteshazzar, tell me the interpretation, because all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known to me the interpretation, but you are able, for the spirit of the holy gods is in you.”

“‘ Belteshazzar, that was the dream that I, King Nebuchadnezzar, had. Now tell me what it means, for none of the wise men of my kingdom can do so. But you can tell me because the spirit of the holy gods is in you.’

This is the dream that I, King Nebuchadnezzar, have seen. Now you, Belteshazzar, tell me its interpretation, since none of the wise men of my kingdom is able to make known to me the interpretation; but you are able, because a spirit of the holy gods is in you.’

“ This dream I, King Nebuchadnezzar, have seen. Now you, Belteshazzar, declare its interpretation, since all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known to me the interpretation; but you are able, for the Spirit of the Holy God is in you.”

This dream I, king Nebuchadnezzar, have seen; and thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation; but thou art able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in thee.

This is the dream that I, King Nebuchadnezzar, had. Now, Belteshazzar, tell me the interpretation, because none of the wise men of my kingdom can make the interpretation known to me. But you can, because you have the spirit of the holy gods.”

This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise[ men] of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation: but thou[ art] able; for the spirit of the holy gods[ is] in thee.

“ This is the dream that I, King Nebuchadnezzar, saw. Now you, Belteshazzar, declare its interpretation, for none of the wise men in my kingdom are able to make known to me the interpretation. But you can do so, for a spirit of the holy gods is in you.”

“ This dream I, king Nebuchadnezzar, have seen; and you, Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation, because all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known to me the interpretation; but you are able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in you.”

Now the wise men and mediums were brought before me to read this inscription and make its interpretation known to me, but they could not give its interpretation.

When morning came, he was troubled, so he summoned all the magicians of Egypt and all its wise men. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but no one could interpret them for him.

Pharaoh said to Joseph,“ I have had a dream, and no one can interpret it. But I have heard it said about you that you can hear a dream and interpret it.”

When the magicians, mediums, Chaldeans, and diviners came in, I told them the dream, but they could not make its interpretation known to me.Finally Daniel, named Belteshazzar after the name of my god— and a spirit of the holy gods is in him— came before me. I told him the dream:“ Belteshazzar, head of the magicians, because I know that you have the spirit of the holy gods and that no mystery puzzles you, explain to me the visions of my dream that I saw, and its interpretation.

So all the king’s wise men came in, but none could read the inscription or make its interpretation known to him.

Egypt’s spirit will be disturbed within it, and I will frustrate its plans. Then they will inquire of worthless idols, ghosts, mediums, and spiritists.

Indeed, the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing his counsel to his servants the prophets.

Jeroboam said to his wife,“ Go disguise yourself, so they won’t know that you’re Jeroboam’s wife, and go to Shiloh. The prophet Ahijah is there; it was he who told about me becoming king over this people.Take with you ten loaves of bread, some cakes, and a jar of honey, and go to him. He will tell you what will happen to the boy.”

They answered a second time,“ May the king tell the dream to his servants, and we will make known the interpretation.”

So take your stand with your spells and your many sorceries, which you have wearied yourself with from your youth. Perhaps you will be able to succeed; perhaps you will inspire terror!You are worn out with your many consultations. So let the astrologers stand and save you— those who observe the stars, those who predict monthly what will happen to you.Look, they are like stubble; fire burns them. They cannot rescue themselves from the power of the flame. This is not a coal for warming themselves, or a fire to sit beside!

The king said in reply to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar,“ Are you able to tell me the dream I had and its interpretation?”Daniel answered the king,“ No wise man, medium, magician, or diviner is able to make known to the king the mystery he asked about.But there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries, and he has let King Nebuchadnezzar know what will happen in the last days. Your dream and the visions that came into your mind as you lay in bed were these:
