耶穌登岸、有人自邑出、遇之、乃為鬼所憑者、久不衣衣、不居室、惟居塚中、見耶穌、遂號呼而伏其前、大聲曰、至高上帝子耶穌、我與爾何涉、求爾莫我苦、蓋耶穌已命邪鬼出其人也、此鬼屢強拘之、人雖以鏈與桎繫而守之、彼斷其繫具、而被鬼逐於野、

有以大鷹之雙翼授婦、使飛入曠野、至其所、以避蛇、在彼就養、歷一載、二載、又半載、

言未竟、自天有聲曰、尼布甲尼撒王歟、有言告爾、國位已離爾矣、爾將被逐、離乎人羣、與野獸同居、囓草如牛、歷至七期、迨爾知至上者治世人之國、隨意畀人、斯言即時驗於尼布甲尼撒、被逐離乎人羣、囓草如牛、身為天露所濡、迨及髮長若鷹毛、甲長若鳥爪、

天地必亡、惟爾恆存、彼皆如衣而漸舊、
