我要使你們的城邑淪為廢墟，使你們的敬拜場所荒涼，也不再悅納你們的馨香之祭。

他們以為保羅的手一定會腫起來或者他會突然倒斃，但是等了很久，見他還是安然無恙，就改變了態度，說他是個神明。

在上帝面前，坐在自己座位上的二十四位長老都一同俯伏敬拜上帝，說：
