所以主耶和華說：「看啊，我要在錫安放一塊基石，一塊經過考驗的石頭，一塊根基穩固的寶貴房角石，信靠的人必不致蒙羞。

王的夢出現了兩次，表示上帝的心意已定，上帝必很快成就這事。

正如我剛才說的，上帝已經把祂將要做的事向王顯明了。

耶和華何等偉大！我們的上帝在祂的城中，在祂的聖山上當大受頌讚。

主耶和華啊，你真偉大！我們從未聽過有誰能與你相比，你是獨一無二的上帝。

萬軍之耶和華說：「從日出之地到日落之處，列國必尊崇我的名。世上每個角落都有人向我焚香，獻上潔淨的供物。因為我的名必受列國尊崇。

你恩待千萬人，也向後世的子孫追討他們祖先所犯的罪。偉大全能的上帝啊！你名叫萬軍之耶和華。你的計劃充滿智慧，你的作為奇妙無比，你鑒察世人，按照各人的行為施行賞罰。

你們的上帝耶和華是萬神之神、萬主之主，是偉大、全能、可畏的上帝。祂不徇情面，不受賄賂；

到那天，當地上的列國聚集起來攻擊耶路撒冷的時候，我要使耶路撒冷成為一塊沉重的石頭。凡試圖舉起它的，必傷自己。

我察看形勢後，起來對貴族、官員和其他民眾說：「不要怕他們！要記住，主偉大而可畏。要為你們的兄弟、兒女、妻子和家園而戰。」

在你觀看的時候，有一塊非人手鑿出的石頭打在塑像半鐵半泥的腳上，砸碎了腳。鐵、泥、銅、銀、金隨即粉碎，猶如夏天麥場上的糠秕，被風吹得無影無蹤。但打碎這像的石頭變成一座大山，充滿整個大地。

在以上列王統治的時候，天上的上帝必設立一國——永不滅亡、外族無法奪其政權。這國將擊垮、消滅列國，並且永遠長存。

我們爭戰的兵器不是屬血氣的，乃是從上帝而來的能力，可以摧毀堅固的營壘，擊破一切的謬論和阻礙人們認識上帝的驕傲言論，奪回被擄去的心思意念，使其順服基督。

我知道耶和華偉大，我們的主超越一切神明。

「因此，我們的上帝啊，你是偉大、全能、可畏、守約、施慈愛的上帝，求你不要輕看我們的王、首領、祭司、先知、祖先和你的子民從亞述諸王時代直到今天所受的苦難。

天地都要過去，但我的話永遠長存。

所以，你要將所看見的一切——現在和將來要發生的事都記錄下來。

耶和華是偉大的，當受至高的頌讚，祂的偉大無法測度。

此後，我再觀看，見天上有一扇門開了，又聽見剛才那個像號角般響亮的聲音對我說：「你上這裡來，我要把以後必發生的事指示給你看。」

我又看見一位天使站在太陽裡，對空中飛翔的鳥大聲呼喚：

我們無法明白上帝的偉大，祂的年歲無法數算。

法利賽人問耶穌：「上帝的國什麼時候降臨？」耶穌回答說：「上帝國的降臨並沒有看得見的徵兆。

於是，但以理去見王指派處死巴比倫智者的亞略，對他說：「不要處死巴比倫的智者，請帶我去見王，我要為王解夢。」

耶穌說：「我也要問你們一個問題，你們回答了，我就告訴你們我憑什麼權柄做這些事。

因為耶和華無比偉大，當受至高的頌揚；祂超越一切神明，當受敬畏。
