The king said to Daniel( also known as Belteshazzar),“ Is this true? Can you tell me what my dream was and what it means?”

王问称为伯提沙撒的但以理说：“你能将我所做的梦和梦的讲解告诉我吗？”

王对那称为伯提沙撒的但以理说：“你能将我所做的梦和梦的解释告诉我吗？”

王对那称为伯提沙撒的但以理说：“你能将我所做的梦和梦的解释告诉我吗？”

王就问又名伯提沙撒的但以理：“你能将我做的梦和梦的意思告诉我吗？”

王问称为伯提沙撒的但以理说：“你能向我说明我所见的梦和梦的意思吗？”

王问那称为伯提沙撒的但以理，说：“难道你能把我做的梦和梦的释义显明给我吗？”

王問稱為伯提沙撒的但以理說：「你能將我所做的夢和夢的講解告訴我嗎？」

王對那稱為伯提沙撒的但以理說：「你能將我所做的夢和夢的解釋告訴我嗎？」

王對那稱為伯提沙撒的但以理說：「你能將我所做的夢和夢的解釋告訴我嗎？」

王就問又名伯提沙撒的但以理：「你能將我做的夢和夢的意思告訴我嗎？」

王問稱為伯提沙撒的但以理說：“你能向我說明我所見的夢和夢的意思嗎？”

王應聲問但以理、但以理又名叫伯提沙撒；王問他說：『你能將我所作的夢和夢的解析告訴我麼？』

王問那稱為伯提沙撒的但以理說：「難道你能把我做的夢和夢的釋義顯明給我嗎？」

王謂稱伯提沙撒之但以理曰、我所得之夢與其解、爾能告我乎、

但以理又名伯底沙撒王問曰、我夢與兆、爾能詳述乎。

王問稱伯提沙撒之但以理曰、我所作之夢、與其兆、爾能示我乎、

The king asked Daniel( also called Belteshazzar),“ Are you able to tell me what I saw in my dream and interpret it?”

Nebuchadnezzar spoke to Daniel, who was also called Belteshazzar. The king asked him,“ Are you able to tell me what I saw in my dream? And can you tell me what it means?”

The king declared to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar,“ Are you able to make known to me the dream that I have seen and its interpretation?”

The king said in reply to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar,“ Are you able to tell me the dream I had and its interpretation?”

The king said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar,“ Are you able to make known to me the dream which I have seen and its interpretation?”

The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar,“ Are you able to make known to me the dream which I have seen, and its interpretation?”

The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, Art thou able to make known unto me the dream which I have seen, and the interpretation thereof?

The king said in reply to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar,“ Are you able to tell me the dream I had and its interpretation?”

The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name[ was] Belteshazzar, Art thou able to make known unto me the dream which I have seen, and the interpretation thereof?

The king then asked Daniel( whose name was also Belteshazzar),“ Are you able to make known to me the dream that I saw, as well as its interpretation?”

The king answered Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar,“ Are you able to make known to me the dream which I have seen, and its interpretation?”

The chief of staff renamed them with these Babylonian names: Daniel was called Belteshazzar. Hananiah was called Shadrach. Mishael was called Meshach. Azariah was called Abednego.

This man Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar, has exceptional ability and is filled with divine knowledge and understanding. He can interpret dreams, explain riddles, and solve difficult problems. Call for Daniel, and he will tell you what the writing means.”

At last Daniel came in before me, and I told him the dream.( He was named Belteshazzar after my god, and the spirit of the holy gods is in him.)

I am told that you can give interpretations and solve difficult problems. If you can read these words and tell me their meaning, you will be clothed in purple robes of royal honor, and you will have a gold chain placed around your neck. You will become the third highest ruler in the kingdom.”

Then Pharaoh said to Joseph,“ I had a dream last night, and no one here can tell me what it means. But I have heard that when you hear about a dream you can interpret it.”

“ Don’t be ridiculous!” Saul replied.“ There’s no way you can fight this Philistine and possibly win! You’re only a boy, and he’s been a man of war since his youth.”

he said,“ I have had a dream that deeply troubles me, and I must know what it means.”Then the astrologers answered the king in Aramaic,“ Long live the king! Tell us the dream, and we will tell you what it means.”But the king said to the astrologers,“ I am serious about this. If you don’t tell me what my dream was and what it means, you will be torn limb from limb, and your houses will be turned into heaps of rubble!But if you tell me what I dreamed and what the dream means, I will give you many wonderful gifts and honors. Just tell me the dream and what it means!”They said again,“ Please, Your Majesty. Tell us the dream, and we will tell you what it means.”

“‘ Belteshazzar, that was the dream that I, King Nebuchadnezzar, had. Now tell me what it means, for none of the wise men of my kingdom can do so. But you can tell me because the spirit of the holy gods is in you.’“ Upon hearing this, Daniel( also known as Belteshazzar) was overcome for a time, frightened by the meaning of the dream. Then the king said to him,‘ Belteshazzar, don’t be alarmed by the dream and what it means.’“ Belteshazzar replied,‘ I wish the events foreshadowed in this dream would happen to your enemies, my lord, and not to you!
