And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains.

也为我祈求，使我得着口才，能以放胆开口讲明福音的奥秘，我为这福音的奥秘作了带锁链的使者，并使我照着当尽的本分放胆讲论。

到了那里，聚集了会众，就述说神藉他们所行的一切事，并神怎样为外邦人开了信道的门。

以致我受的捆锁在御营全军和其余的人中，已经显明是为基督的缘故。并且那在主里的弟兄多半因我受的捆锁就笃信不疑，越发放胆传神的道，无所惧怕。

我从前为基督的福音到了特罗亚，主也给我开了门。

我为你们众人有这样的意念，原是应当的；因你们常在我心里，无论我是在捆锁之中，是辩明证实福音的时候，你们都与我一同得恩。

“你要写信给非拉铁非教会的使者，说：‘那圣洁、真实、拿着大卫的钥匙、开了就没有人能关、关了就没有人能开的，说：我知道你的行为，你略有一点力量，也曾遵守我的道，没有弃绝我的名。看哪，我在你面前给你一个敞开的门，是无人能关的。

要叫他们的心得安慰，因爱心互相联络，以致丰丰足足在悟性中有充足的信心，使他们真知神的奥秘，就是基督；所积蓄的一切智慧知识，都在他里面藏着。

弟兄们，我还有话说：请你们为我们祷告，好叫主的道理快快行开，得着荣耀，正如在你们中间一样，也叫我们脱离无理之恶人的手；因为人不都是有信心。

人应当以我们为基督的执事，为神奥秘事的管家。

这道理就是历世历代所隐藏的奥秘；但如今向他的圣徒显明了。

我为这福音受苦难，甚至被捆绑，像犯人一样。然而神的道却不被捆绑。

我为主被囚的劝你们：既然蒙召，行事为人就当与蒙召的恩相称。

请你们为我们祷告，因我们自觉良心无亏，愿意凡事按正道而行。我更求你们为我祷告，使我快些回到你们那里去。

因此，我保罗为你们外邦人作了基督耶稣被囚的，替你们祈祷。

耶稣回答说：“因为天国的奥秘只叫你们知道，不叫他们知道。

因为我知道，这事藉着你们的祈祷和耶稣基督之灵的帮助，终必叫我得救。

请弟兄们为我们祷告。

此外你还要给我预备住处；因为我盼望藉着你们的祷告，必蒙恩到你们那里去。

因为有宽大又有功效的门为我开了，并且反对的人也多。

愿主怜悯阿尼色弗一家的人；因他屡次使我畅快，不以我的锁链为耻，

弟兄们，我藉着我们主耶稣基督，又藉着圣灵的爱，劝你们与我一同竭力，为我祈求神，叫我脱离在犹太不顺从的人，也叫我为耶路撒冷所办的捐项可蒙圣徒悦纳，并叫我顺着神的旨意，欢欢喜喜地到你们那里，与你们同得安息。
