and Yahweh took me from following the flock, and Yahweh said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’

But the Lord took me from tending the flock and said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’

But the Lord took me away from taking care of the flock. He said to me,‘ Go. Prophesy to my people Israel.’

But the Lord took me from following the flock, and the Lord said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’

But the Lord called me away from my flock and told me,‘ Go and prophesy to my people in Israel.’

But the LORD took me from following the flock and said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’”

Then the Lord took me as I followed the flock, And the Lord said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to My people Israel.’

and Jehovah took me from following the flock, and Jehovah said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.

But the Lord took me from following the flock and said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to My people Israel.’”

And the LORD took me as I followed the flock, and the LORD said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.

Then the LORD took me from tending flocks and gave me this commission,‘ Go! Prophesy to my people Israel!’

Now therefore tell my servant David this,‘ Yahweh of Armies says,“ I took you from the sheep pen, from following the sheep, to be prince over my people, over Israel.

He said to me,“ Son of man, I send you to the children of Israel, to a nation of rebels who have rebelled against me. They and their fathers have transgressed against me even to this very day.The children are impudent and stiff- hearted. I am sending you to them, and you shall tell them,‘ This is what the Lord Yahweh says.’

But Yahweh said to me,“ Don’t say,‘ I am a child;’ for you must go to whomever I send you, and you must say whatever I command you.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.”

He also chose David his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds;from following the ewes that have their young, he brought him to be the shepherd of Jacob, his people, and Israel, his inheritance.So he was their shepherd according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.

Walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers: Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew, his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.He said to them,“ Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”

He said to them,“ Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.You are witnesses of these things.

“ Go stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.”

But Peter and the apostles answered,“ We must obey God rather than men.The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed, hanging him on a tree.God exalted him with his right hand to be a Prince and a Savior, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins.We are his witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.”

As Jesus passed by from there, he saw a man called Matthew sitting at the tax collection office. He said to him,“ Follow me.” He got up and followed him.

for we can’t help telling the things which we saw and heard.”
