and Jehovah took me from following the flock, and Jehovah said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.

耶和华选召我，使我不跟从羊群，对我说：‘你去向我民以色列说预言。’

耶和华带领我，叫我不再牧放羊群，对我说：‘你去向我子民以色列说预言。’

但耶和华不再让我看守羊群，祂对我说，‘去！向我的以色列子民说预言。’

但耶和华选召我，叫我不再跟随羊群；他对我说：‘你去，向我民以色列说预言。’

我守群畜、耶和華選我、告我曰、當播言於我民、以色列族中、

我守群羊、主選我、原文作主由群羊後選我主又命我曰、往哉、述預言於我民以色列人眾、

But the Lord took me from tending the flock and said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’

But the Lord took me away from taking care of the flock. He said to me,‘ Go. Prophesy to my people Israel.’

But the Lord took me from following the flock, and the Lord said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’

But the Lord called me away from my flock and told me,‘ Go and prophesy to my people in Israel.’

But the LORD took me from following the flock and said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’”

Then the Lord took me as I followed the flock, And the Lord said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to My people Israel.’

And the LORD took me as I followed the flock, and the LORD said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.

Then the LORD took me from tending flocks and gave me this commission,‘ Go! Prophesy to my people Israel!’

and Yahweh took me from following the flock, and Yahweh said to me,‘ Go, prophesy to my people Israel.’

Now therefore thus shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, that thou shouldest be prince over my people, over Israel;

And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to nations that are rebellious, which have rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me even unto this very day.And the children are impudent and stiffhearted: I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah.

But Jehovah said unto me, Say not, I am a child; for to whomsoever I shall send thee thou shalt go, and whatsoever I shall command thee thou shalt speak.

But ye shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

He chose David also his servant, And took him from the sheepfolds:From following the ewes that have their young he brought him, To be the shepherd of Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance.So he was their shepherd according to the integrity of his heart, And guided them by the skilfulness of his hands.

And walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brethren, Simon who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishers.And he saith unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you fishers of men.

and he said unto them, Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer, and rise again from the dead the third day;and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name unto all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem.Ye are witnesses of these things.

Go ye, and stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this Life.

But Peter and the apostles answered and said, We must obey God rather than men.The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew, hanging him on a tree.Him did God exalt with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins.And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

And as Jesus passed by from thence, he saw a man, called Matthew, sitting at the place of toll: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.

for we cannot but speak the things which we saw and heard.
