那创造昴星和参星，把幽暗变为黎明，把白日转为黑夜；又吩咐海水，把海水倒在地上的；耶和华就是他的名。

要寻求那造昴星和参星，使死荫变为晨光，使白日变为黑夜，命海水来浇在地上的（耶和华是他的名）。

今當求我、我造昴參諸宿、變陰翳為光明、轉白晝為昏夜、使海水泛濫於地、我名耶和華。

He who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns midnight into dawn and darkens day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land— the Lord is his name.

The Lord made the Pleiades and Orion. He turns midnight into sunrise. He makes the day fade into night. He sends for the waters in the clouds. Then he pours them out on the surface of the land. His name is the Lord.

He who made the Pleiades and Orion, and turns deep darkness into the morning and darkens the day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out on the surface of the earth, the Lord is his name;

It is the Lord who created the stars, the Pleiades and Orion. He turns darkness into morning and day into night. He draws up water from the oceans and pours it down as rain on the land. The Lord is his name!

The one who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns darkness into dawn and darkens day into night, who summons the water of the sea and pours it out over the surface of the earth— the LORD is his name.

看哪！他造了山，创造了风，把他的心意告诉人；他使晨光变为黑暗，他的脚踏在地的高处，耶和华万军的神就是他的名。

他造北斗与参星，昴星和南方的星座；

“到那日，这是耶和华的宣告：我必使太阳在正午落下，在白昼使地变成昏暗。

那在天上建立楼阁，在大地之上奠立穹苍；又吩咐海水，把海水倒在地上的；耶和华就是他的名。

你安设黑暗，有了晚上，林中的百兽就都爬出来。

他从黑暗中彰显奥秘，把死荫领进光中。

你能系住昴星的结吗？你能解开参星的带吗？你能按时领出玛查鲁夫星系吗？你能引导北斗和随从它的众星吗？

他们有些人坐在黑暗和死荫里，被困苦和铁链捆锁着；因为他们违背了神的话，藐视了至高者的旨意。所以神用苦难治服他们的心；他们跌倒，也没有人帮助。他们在急难中呼求耶和华，耶和华就拯救他们脱离困苦。他从黑暗里和死荫中把他们领出来，弄断他们的锁链。

他使电光来临，是为施行责罚，或为滋润大地，或为赐予慈爱。

他命黑暗降下，使那地黑暗；他的话是不能违背的。

挪亚六百岁那一年，二月十七日那一天，所有大渊的泉源都裂开了，天上的窗户都敞开了。大雨倾盆下在地上，一连四十昼夜。就在那一天，挪亚带着他的儿子闪、含、雅弗，以及他的妻子和三个儿媳，一同进了方舟。他们一家，所有走兽各从其类，所有牲畜各从其类，所有在地上爬行的动物各从其类，所有有羽有翼的飞禽各从其类，有生命、有气息的，都是一对一对来到挪亚那里，进入方舟。那些进去的，都是有生命的，一公一母进去，是照着神吩咐挪亚的。耶和华跟着就把方舟关起来。洪水就临到地上四十天；水不断上涨，把方舟升起，于是方舟就从地上浮起来。水势甚大，在地上大大上涨，方舟就在水面上漂来漂去。水势在地面上越来越大，天下所有的高山都被淹没了。水势浩大，比众山高出七公尺，山岭都被淹没了。

光照那坐在黑暗中死荫里的人，引导我们的脚，走上平安的路。”

到第七次，仆人说：“我看到一小片乌云，好像人的手掌那么大，正在从海里升上来。”以利亚说：“你上去告诉亚哈：‘赶快套车下山，免得被大雨所阻。’”霎时之间，天空因风云而变为黑暗，随着降下大雨来。于是亚哈坐上了车，往耶斯列去了。

自你有生以来，你何曾吩咐过晨光照耀，使黎明的曙光知道自己的本位，叫这光照遍大地的四极，把恶人从那里抖掉呢？

到了晨更的时候，耶和华透过云柱火柱向下观看埃及人的军兵，并且使埃及人的军兵大起混乱。又使他们的车轮脱落，行驶困难，因此埃及人说：“我们从以色列人面前逃跑吧，因为耶和华为他们争战，攻击埃及人了。”耶和华对摩西说：“你要向海伸手，使水回流到埃及人身上，流到他们的战车和马兵身上。”摩西就向海伸手，到了天亮的时候，海水流回原处；埃及人逆流逃跑的时候，耶和华就把他们投在海中。海水一回流，就淹没了马车、马兵和那些跟着以色列人下海去的法老的全军，连一个也没有余下。

我必领瞎子走陌生的道，带他们走他们不知道的路。我必在他们面前使黑暗变为光明，使弯曲的地方变为平直。这些事我都要作，决不放弃。

你能向密云扬声吗？你能使洪水淹没你吗？

耶和华对摩西说：“你要向天举手，使黑暗临到埃及地，这黑暗是可以触摸的。”摩西向天伸手，幽暗就临到埃及全地三天之久。三天之内，人彼此不能看见，谁也不能起来离开自己的地方；但是在所有以色列人居住的地方都有亮光。

你用深水像衣服一般覆盖大地，使众水高过群山。因你的斥责，水就退去；因你的雷声，水就奔逃。众水流经群山，向下流往众谷，流到你为它们指定的地方。你定了界限，使众水不能越过；它们不再转回掩盖大地。

住在黑暗中的人民，看见了大光；死亡幽暗之地的居民，有光照亮他们。”

我们摸索墙壁，好像瞎子一样；我们摸索，如同没有眼睛的人一般；我们在中午跌倒，有如在黄昏跌倒一样；我们在肥壮的人中，好像死人一般。
