He who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns midnight into dawn and darkens day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land— the Lord is his name.

The Lord made the Pleiades and Orion. He turns midnight into sunrise. He makes the day fade into night. He sends for the waters in the clouds. Then he pours them out on the surface of the land. His name is the Lord.

He who made the Pleiades and Orion, and turns deep darkness into the morning and darkens the day into night, who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out on the surface of the earth, the Lord is his name;

It is the Lord who created the stars, the Pleiades and Orion. He turns darkness into morning and day into night. He draws up water from the oceans and pours it down as rain on the land. The Lord is his name!

看啊，那位造山又造风，向人显明祂的心意，将黎明变为黑暗，将群山踩在脚下的——祂的名字是万军之上帝耶和华。

祂创造了北斗星、参星、昴星及南天的星座。

主耶和华说：“到那日，我要使太阳中午落下，使白昼变为黑暗。

那位在天上建造楼阁，在大地之上立定穹苍，召来海水浇在大地上的——祂的名字是耶和华。

你造黑暗，定为夜晚，作林中百兽出没的时间。

祂揭露黑暗中的奥秘，祂把幽暗带入光明中。

“你能系住昴星的结，解开参星的带吗？你能按季节领出星座，引导北斗及其众星吗？

有些人坐在黑暗里，在死亡的阴影下，被铁链捆绑，痛苦不堪。因为他们违背上帝的话，藐视至高者的旨意，所以上帝用苦役使他们顺服，他们跌倒也无人扶助。于是，他们在患难中呼求耶和华，耶和华就拯救他们脱离困境。祂带领他们脱离黑暗和死亡的阴影，断开他们的锁链。

或为惩罚大地，或为彰显慈爱。

祂降下黑暗，使黑暗笼罩那里；他们没有违背祂的话。

挪亚六百岁那年的二月十七日，所有深渊的泉源都裂开了，天上的水闸也打开了，地上倾盆大雨降了四十昼夜。那天，挪亚与他的儿子闪、含和雅弗，还有挪亚的妻子和三个儿媳妇都进了方舟。所有的野兽、牲畜、地上的爬虫和飞鸟都按种类进入方舟。这些动物都一公一母成对地到挪亚那里，进入方舟，正如上帝对挪亚的吩咐。耶和华关上了方舟的门。

照亮那些生活在黑暗中和死亡阴影下的人，带领我们走平安的道路。”

第七次，仆人说：“我看见一朵手掌那么大的云从海里升起来了。”以利亚便吩咐他：“你去告诉亚哈，叫他套车下山，免得被雨阻挡。”霎时间，天上乌云密布，狂风大作，下起大雨。亚哈坐着马车回耶斯列。

“你生平可曾向晨曦发号施令，为黎明的曙光指定岗位，使阳光普照大地，抖出藏匿的恶人？

到了破晓时分，耶和华从云柱火柱中俯视埃及军队，扰乱他们的队伍。祂使他们战车的轮子脱落，难以前行。于是，埃及人说：“我们逃命吧，因为耶和华在帮助以色列人对付我们！”耶和华对摩西说：“你向海伸出手，使海水回流，淹没埃及军队。”天刚亮的时候，摩西向海伸出手，海水便复原。埃及人纷纷向岸上逃命，耶和华却使大水把他们卷回海中。海水回流，法老的战车和人马都淹没在大海之中，全军覆没。

我要带领瞎子走他们不认识的路，引导他们走陌生的道。我要把他们面前的黑暗变为光明，坎坷之地变得平坦。我必行这些事，我必不离弃他们。

你能号令云彩，使倾盆大雨覆盖你吗？

耶和华对摩西说：“你向天伸杖，使埃及全境漆黑一片，那黑暗浓得甚至可以摸到。”摩西向天伸杖，埃及全境便漆黑了三天之久。埃及人彼此看不见，谁也不敢移动半步。可是，以色列人住的地方却有光。

你以深水为衣覆盖大地，淹没群山。你一声怒叱，众水便奔逃；你一声雷鸣，众水就奔流，漫过山峦，流进山谷，归到你指定的地方。你为众水划定不可逾越的界线，以免大地再遭淹没。

你们住在黑暗中的人看见了大光，活在死亡阴影下的人被光照亮了！”

我们像盲人一样沿墙摸索，像无眼睛的人一样探路。我们在中午也跌跌撞撞，如同走在晚上。我们在强壮人当中如同死人。
