Seek good, not evil, that you may live. Then the Lord God Almighty will be with you, just as you say he is.

Her leaders pronounce judgment for a bribe, Her priests teach for pay, And her prophets divine for money. Yet they lean on the Lord, saying,“ Is the Lord not in our midst? Catastrophe will not come upon us.”

He has told you, mortal one, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?

Then David said to his son Solomon,“ Be strong and courageous, and act; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you until all the work for the service of the house of the Lord is finished.

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you.

“ Hear this, house of Jacob, who are named Israel And who came from the waters of Judah, Who swear by the name of the Lord And invoke the God of Israel, But not in truth nor in righteousness.For they name themselves after the holy city, And lean on the God of Israel; The Lord of armies is His name.

Do two people walk together unless they have agreed to meet?

Who is the person who desires life And loves length of days, that he may see good?Keep your tongue from evil And your lips from speaking deceit.Turn from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, And His ears are toward their cry for help.The face of the Lord is against evildoers, To eliminate the memory of them from the earth.

This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:“ Amend your ways and your deeds, and I will let you live in this place.Do not trust in deceptive words, saying,‘ This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord.’

The Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you.

to those who by perseverance in doing good seek glory, honor, and immortality, He will give eternal life;but to those who are self serving and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, He will give wrath and indignation.There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of mankind who does evil, for the Jew first and also for the Greek,

“ Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a Son, and they shall name Him Immanuel,” which translated means,“ God with us.”

One who diligently seeks good seeks favor, But one who seeks evil, evil will come to him.

Why do you spend money for what is not bread, And your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, And delight yourself in abundance.

“ Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil,Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor, Obtain justice for the orphan, Plead for the widow’s case.

The Lord of armies is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah

Devise a plan, but it will fail; State a proposal, but it will not stand, For God is with us.”

The warden of the prison did not supervise anything under Joseph’s authority, because the Lord was with him; and, the Lord made whatever he did prosper.
