So Saul stayed with them and moved about freely in Jerusalem, speaking boldly in the name of the Lord.

“ Of the men therefore who have accompanied us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us,

Now, Yahweh my God, you have made your servant king instead of David my father. I am just a little child. I don’t know how to go out or come in.

In times past, when Saul was king over us, it was you who led Israel out and in. Yahweh said to you,‘ You will be shepherd of my people Israel, and you will be prince over Israel.’”

Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.

Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Peter, and stayed with him fifteen days.

I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out, and will find pasture.

“ Let Yahweh, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,who may go out before them, and who may come in before them, and who may lead them out, and who may bring them in, that the congregation of Yahweh may not be as sheep which have no shepherd.”
