I have certainly seen the suffering of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their groaning, and I have come down to rescue them. Now come, I will send you to Egypt.’

我的子民在埃及的困苦，我確實看見了；他們的呻吟，我也聽見了；於是我下來要救他們。現在你來！我要差派你到埃及去。』

我誠見吾民在埃及之苦、且聞其慨歎、故臨以拯之、今來、吾將遣爾入埃及也、

我民在埃及者、我見其苦、常聞嘅歎之聲、故臨拯之、往哉、我遣爾之埃及也、

我民在伊及、我見其困苦、聞其歎息、故我降臨以救之、今爾來、我遣爾往伊及、

吾民在埃及備受酷虐、苦楚萬狀、余已目睹、並聞其呼籲與悲嗟之聲、故余乃降臨而振救之、使出於水火之中。來、余將遣汝仍返埃及。」

I have indeed seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their groaning and have come down to set them free. Now come, I will send you back to Egypt.’

I have seen my people beaten down in Egypt. I have heard their groans. I have come down to set them free. Now come. I will send you back to Egypt.’( Exodus 3:5, 7, 8, 10)

The LORD said,“ I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt. I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up from that land to a land that is both good and spacious, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the region of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.And now indeed the cry of the Israelites has come to me, and I have also seen how severely the Egyptians oppress them.So now go, and I will send you to Pharaoh to bring my people, the Israelites, out of Egypt.”

Yet he took notice of their distress, when he heard their cry for help.

During that long period of time the king of Egypt died, and the Israelites groaned because of the slave labor. They cried out, and their desperate cry because of their slave labor went up to God.God heard their groaning, God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob,God saw the Israelites, and God understood….

For I have come down from heaven not to do my own will but the will of the one who sent me.

God said to Moses,“ I AM that I AM.” And he said,“ You must say this to the Israelites,‘ I AM has sent me to you.’”

“ You saw the affliction of our ancestors in Egypt, and you heard their cry at the Red Sea.

that I must go down and see if they are as wicked as the outcry suggests. If not, I want to know.”

No one has ascended into heaven except the one who descended from heaven– the Son of Man.

and the people believed. When they heard that the LORD had attended to the Israelites and that he had seen their affliction, they bowed down close to the ground.

But the LORD came down to see the city and the tower that the people had started building.

When the LORD raised up leaders for them, the LORD was with each leader and delivered the people from their enemies while the leader remained alive. The LORD felt sorry for them when they cried out in agony because of what their harsh oppressors did to them.

He said,“ Certainly they will be my people, children who are not disloyal.” He became their deliverer.Through all that they suffered, he suffered too. The messenger sent from his very presence delivered them. In his love and mercy he protected them; he lifted them up and carried them throughout ancient times.

In fact, I brought you up from the land of Egypt, I delivered you from that place of slavery. I sent Moses, Aaron, and Miriam to lead you.

But the Israelites said to the LORD,“ We have sinned. You do to us as you see fit, but deliver us today!”They threw away the foreign gods they owned and worshiped the LORD. Finally the LORD grew tired of seeing Israel suffer so much.

I have also heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are enslaving, and I have remembered my covenant.Therefore, tell the Israelites,‘ I am the LORD. I will bring you out from your enslavement to the Egyptians, I will rescue you from the hard labor they impose, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.

He sent his servant Moses, and Aaron, whom he had chosen.

The LORD brought Israel out of Egypt by a prophet, and due to a prophet Israel was preserved alive.

O LORD, make the sky sink and come down! Touch the mountains and make them smolder!

If only you would tear apart the sky and come down! The mountains would tremble before you!

Then I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take part of the spirit that is on you, and will put it on them, and they will bear some of the burden of the people with you, so that you do not bear it all by yourself.

Come, let’s go down and confuse their language so they won’t be able to understand each other.”
