I have observed the oppression of My people in Egypt; I have heard their groaning and have come down to rescue them. And now, come, I will send you to Egypt.

我那在埃及的人民所受的苦害，我看得清清楚楚了；他們的歎息我聽見了；我下來是要救拔他們；如今你來，我要差遣你往埃及去。」

我的子民在埃及的困苦，我確實看見了；他們的呻吟，我也聽見了；於是我下來要救他們。現在你來！我要差派你到埃及去。』

我誠見吾民在埃及之苦、且聞其慨歎、故臨以拯之、今來、吾將遣爾入埃及也、

我民在埃及者、我見其苦、常聞嘅歎之聲、故臨拯之、往哉、我遣爾之埃及也、

我民在伊及、我見其困苦、聞其歎息、故我降臨以救之、今爾來、我遣爾往伊及、

吾民在埃及備受酷虐、苦楚萬狀、余已目睹、並聞其呼籲與悲嗟之聲、故余乃降臨而振救之、使出於水火之中。來、余將遣汝仍返埃及。」

I have indeed seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their groaning and have come down to set them free. Now come, I will send you back to Egypt.’

I have seen my people beaten down in Egypt. I have heard their groans. I have come down to set them free. Now come. I will send you back to Egypt.’( Exodus 3:5, 7, 8, 10)

I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and have heard their groaning, and I have come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you to Egypt.’

Then the Lord said,“ I have observed the misery of My people in Egypt, and have heard them crying out because of their oppressors, and I know about their sufferings.I have come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and to bring them from that land to a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey— the territory of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.The Israelites’ cry for help has come to Me, and I have also seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them.Therefore, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh so that you may lead My people, the Israelites, out of Egypt.”

When He heard their cry, He took note of their distress,

After a long time, the king of Egypt died. The Israelites groaned because of their difficult labor, and they cried out; and their cry for help ascended to God because of the difficult labor.So God heard their groaning, and He remembered His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.God saw the Israelites, and He took notice.

For I have come down from heaven, not to do My will, but the will of Him who sent Me.

God replied to Moses,“ I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: I AM has sent me to you.”

You saw the oppression of our ancestors in Egypt and heard their cry at the Red Sea.

I will go down to see if what they have done justifies the cry that has come up to Me. If not, I will find out.”

No one has ascended into heaven except the One who descended from heaven— the Son of Man.

The people believed, and when they heard that the Lord had paid attention to them and that He had seen their misery, they bowed down and worshiped.

Then the Lord came down to look over the city and the tower that the men were building.

Whenever the Lord raised up a judge for the Israelites, the Lord was with him and saved the people from the power of their enemies while the judge was still alive. The Lord was moved to pity whenever they groaned because of those who were oppressing and afflicting them.

He said,“ They are indeed My people, children who will not be disloyal,” and He became their Savior.In all their suffering, He suffered, and the Angel of His Presence saved them. He redeemed them because of His love and compassion; He lifted them up and carried them all the days of the past.

Indeed, I brought you up from the land of Egypt and redeemed you from that place of slavery. I sent Moses, Aaron, and Miriam ahead of you.

But the Israelites said,“ We have sinned. Deal with us as You see fit; only deliver us today!”So they got rid of the foreign gods among them and worshiped the Lord, and He became weary of Israel’s misery.

Furthermore, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are forcing to work as slaves, and I have remembered My covenant.“ Therefore tell the Israelites: I am Yahweh, and I will deliver you from the forced labor of the Egyptians and free you from slavery to them. I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and great acts of judgment.

He sent Moses His servant, and Aaron, whom He had chosen.

The Lord brought Israel from Egypt by a prophet, and Israel was tended by a prophet.

Lord, part Your heavens and come down. Touch the mountains, and they will smoke.

If only You would tear the heavens open and come down, so that mountains would quake at Your presence—

Then I will come down and speak with you there. I will take some of the Spirit who is on you and put the Spirit on them. They will help you bear the burden of the people, so that you do not have to bear it by yourself.

Come, let Us go down there and confuse their language so that they will not understand one another’s speech.”
