田未鬻、非爾之所有乎？鬻而得銀、又非爾之所屬乎？今爾心懷譎詐、是誠何為？爾非欺人、直欺天主耳！』

Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”

夫聽爾者、即聽我、拒爾者、即拒我、拒我者、即拒遣我者也、○

彼得曰、爾曹何為同謀、試主之神乎、葬爾夫者、其足已及門、亦將舁爾出矣、

故凡拒者、非拒人、乃拒天主、即以其聖神賜我儕者、○

孕慝生妄、腹藏詭譎、

凡誠心樂獻者、皆攜禮物以獻於主、備作會幕與其中所用一切器具、又備作聖衣、於是凡心中樂獻之男女、皆以鼻環、耳環、手釧、或作手釧鼻環指環垂項之珠、或作瓔珞諸金飾、攜以奉之、凡獻金於主者、則攜金、

主天主如是云、當是時爾心將起惡念、生惡謀、曰、

爾與爾黨聚集而來、欲攻主歟、亞倫何人、爾何為怨之、

以色列之眾男女、凡誠心樂獻者、攜禮物獻於主、以備作主託摩西所命作之諸物、○

眾既誠心樂輸獻於主、民因之歡悅、大衛王亦欣喜不勝、

約書亞曰、爾何使我儕陷於禍、今主亦降禍於爾、於是以色列人擊之以石、焚之以火、又擲石於屍上、堆石成大岡、以掩其上、至今尚存、於是主息其烈怒、故名其地曰亞割亞割譯即禍患之義谷、至今日尚有此名、

主歟、我舌所發之言、主無不周知、

進立於主人前、以利沙問之曰、基哈西從何而來、曰、僕無所往、曰、彼下車轉而迎爾時、我心豈不偕爾往乎、此時豈可受銀與衣、以購油果園、葡萄園、牛、羊、僕婢乎、故爾必患乃縵之癩、爰及苗裔、至於永世、基哈西遂由以利沙前出、成癩、白如雪、

其中無一人秉公而控、無一人據實而辨、俱恃虛浮、悉言詭譎、所懷者殘害、所生者邪慝、

因我甚欣慕我天主之殿、故所備建聖殿外、又以己所有之金銀、獻於我天主之殿、

主諭撒母耳曰、民向爾所言、爾惟從之、彼非棄爾、乃棄我、不欲我為其王、

維彼惡人、心懷兇惡、包藏很毒、生出詭詐、

摩西曰、主必賜爾夕有肉食、朝有糧食以得飽、因爾怨主之言、主已聞之、我儕為誰、爾非怨我、乃怨主也、

我天主鑒察人心、喜悅誠實、為我所知、我誠心樂輸此諸物、我見主之民在此亦樂意捐輸、則甚欣喜、

亦為製金銀器皿之用、及工匠一切造作之用、今日有誰願奉事主而樂輸乎、

爾於此事無分無與、因在天主前、爾心不正也、故爾當悔改此惡、祈求天主、庶爾心之意念可赦、

慾孕生惡、惡成生死、

我豈無權娶女弟為妻、攜之同行、如他使徒、及主之兄弟與磯法乎、抑我與巴拿巴、不得不作工乎、誰為軍士、食己之餉乎、誰樹葡萄園、不食其果乎、誰牧羊群、不食羊群之乳乎、我言此、豈如人言、律法不亦如是言乎、摩西律法載云、碾穀之牛、勿籠其口、天主豈為牛慮乎、抑特為我言之乎、固為我載之、蓋耕者必以望而耕、碾穀者亦必因望而碾、即得穀之望也、我儕既為爾播屬神之道、則獲爾屬身之物、豈為大事乎、他人尚操此權於爾中、況我儕乎、然我儕未用此權、寧忍一切、免阻基督之福音、爾豈不知務聖事者、由聖所得食乎、侍祭臺者、在祭臺有分乎、主亦如此命傳福音者、賴福音以養生、然此諸權、我悉未用、且我書此、非欲爾如是以待我、我寧死、不可使我所誇者歸於虛、我傳福音、原無可誇、不得已耳、若不傳福音、自以為有禍、我若樂意為此、則必得賞、若不樂意、則其任仍託於我、

但未知爾意、我不欲如此行、致爾之為善、非出於勉強、乃出於甘心、

我儕不能以食物悅天主、我食無益、不食無損、
